Needs updating

The staff are absolutely amazing, they try to compensate for the issues with the facility

This resort has gone downhill steadily for the last several years. I started coming here in 2011 and it was really nice then.

This was my fourth trip to GP…. It’s one of the most unique.

Old resort, of course any place requires maintenance new or old. The staff absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond for all their guests. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone. It doesn’t have to be shiny and new to impress my family and I.

The staff is what makes this place so amazing. This was our third trip there. Not much entertainment and the property could use some updating. Overall the place is very clean and we plan to return again.

This our second time staying here. We stayed about 10 years ago. While the staff was amazing. Jose and silberio were just amazing and made the trip worth it. But the food selection was horrible and the quality of what they did have was even worse. I didn’t eat There for 4 days. The only decent meal I had was off property. The build definitely needs some love. The sink would randomly start running by itself. We will be back but not for the food. But for the staff

Staff is amazing as always but the quality of the resort is going downhill.. needs some major upgrades.

Have stayed here many times and everytime it is a great experience. The staff are the best of any all inclusive in Cancun. The food is great. The beach is fabulous.

This property needs a complete destruction and rebuilt. The WiFi did not work. The property is all inclusive including room service but my room phone did not work. The bedsheets were torn and had major stains on it. The towels had stains on it and looked extremely old. There has been no updates done to the property in 13 years. The view is gorgeous, but this place is lower than a Motel 6. Also ran out of a lot of the food.

Awesome place, great fun, lots of food options. Asian Foods not so good. Bed sheets can be better. Beach perfect.

Horrible. We ended up leaving the property early because of the horrible conditions. I have bed bug bites on my legs. I have contact Expedia but they have failed to connect with this hotel for a refund or partial refund. They stated Someone would contact me and I haven’t heard back. This hotel used to be great 4 years ago. The quality in everything has gone down. I will never return.

We have been to Golden Parnassus before and enjoyed the previsous visits. The resort is still nice, though it needs a little TLC (tender loving cared) in paint up trim and etc. But, a great value for customers who use this facility. Great beach, the foods is "excellent' and the staff very polite, cordial and helpful. A nice stay.

The staff is so nice and attentive however the rooms are HOT and the phone didn't work for room service and the maid woke us up daily before 9 am

The staff is underpaid and overworked, and management and ownership will do nothing to correct it. Causing the electricity to be turned off and services to not be provided.

It was an okay experience

Didn’t like that the room phone didn’t work, the safe had an error that required overriding to get things out. I would have liked to see more things going on at the resort such as events. I very well could have been out during some of those things but while I was there I only saw and participated in a 3 round game of pool volleyball then they removed the net right after. But the bathroom toilet had problems refilling with water. Stains on the toilet seat, minor cosmetic damage around the building. The staff was amazing though! I’d come back to this location. A handful of negative things didn’t out weigh how great the full experience was. Just could have been better with those things being addressed.

The room was dirty. The sixth floor was covered in dragonflies. The food was mediocre a lot of the food that was put out at the buffet didn’t have labels so you weren’t able to tell what you were eating. The water in my friend’s hot tub in her room came out yellow. We were both on the same floor. There were stains on all of the linen washcloths. The showers were extremely slippery with no bars to grab onto somewhat could easily have fallen and gotten very hurt. Most of the staff was kind and friendly, but the overnight Concierge was rude and disorganized. I pay for amenities I never received and rather than him being diligent so that I could get the service and money that I paid for he kept pushing it off on the next person telling me I had to wait the next day And my trip was over. I will never stay here ever again. I started a dispute immediately with my travel company and of course the hotel never responded to my partial refund request. This place looks great in pictures but in reality it’s very rundown chairs and couches with visibly peeling upholstery. They really sell the 24 hour room service, but the menu is outdated and half of the items are not available . Never again.
