The hotel rooms, pools and beach were all good. The noise from the bands playing on the beach from midday to late evening was awful.

Great location near the Malecón and on the beach. Fantastic staff, very clean, great pool area with many options. We did all inclusive which was nice, however only one main restaurant is open each night, as well as the buffet. No option to choose to eat at whichever restaurant you want, and you must make reservations by 11am. We were under the impression that there were many restaurants to choose from during our stay. This was not the case.

Hotel staff doesn’t help with food options. The food is terrible at most places at this resort. The hotel is in a perfect location but it is old and needs a makeover. Will not return because the food quality is really bad and to get anything at all you stand and wait in long lines.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza Mazatlán! The property itself was beautiful, with stunning architecture that gave it so much charm and character. Its central location made everything so convenient—we could easily walk to shops, dining options, and plenty of local attractions. The beach and the boardwalk were just a short walk away, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. The staff were absolutely amazing—always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything we needed. They kept the property spotless, and we truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. A special thank you to Olga, who took such wonderful care of our room each day and made our stay feel even more comfortable. Transportation was never an issue either; right outside the property we always found friendly and affordable options to take us to nearby areas that were just as beautiful and fun to visit. The food choices were fantastic, offering a variety of cultural flavors, but the seafood in particular was absolutely outstanding—we couldn’t get enough! We were completely enamored with Mazatlán and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We’re already looking forward to visiting this vibrant city and staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The property installations are OK but tue AC in our room was noisy and wasn’t working well.And the service all inclusive is not worth it. The different restaurants are mostly all the time booked and it has a short limited time to book your reservation for restaurants .They limited everything even water bottles. The Flavor and freshness for food and drinks wasn’t good either. The servers people look overwhelmed mostly all the time. The best part for this hotel is that location you can walk to main street and Malecón. Our family was disappointed on our stayed here. In case that your rent a car, don’t do it by the application Expedia or other applications do it direct with the car rent company, insurance offer bu the apps for the renter car didn’t work in Mexico and you have to do everything again and more money out of your pocket.

I liked the great price, food was delicious and bartenders at bar were great. Very family friendly place.

This is a beautiful hotel. BUT people are allowed to walk through the hallways with speakers box playing loud at all hours .It would of been nice,if security STOPED them.My second complete is the bathroom window NO privacy if you open it people walking by can see in .I had to use a towel to block window for privacy. Bathroom window should be fogout or something 🤔 My first an last time

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, fácilmente puedes llegar caminando a restaurantes y puntos turísticos, su playa es hermosa. Sin embargo, es practicante imposible obtener reservaciones en los restaurantes de especialidad para cenar, estuvimos 4 noches y ningún día alcanzamos reservar ya q solo lo puedes hacer en un horario de 8-11 am, la comida no es buena no vale la pena el paquete todo incluido, no es un hotel silencioso donde se pueda descansar tranquilamente se puede escuchar todo lo que sucede alrededor del hotel en tu habitación y nuestra habitación el baño tenía moho en el techo.
