Quiet and relaxing. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek water.

The stay was amazing staff HELPED me and family ALOT view is speechless pool food fun can’t wait to go back loved it

The room was not very clean and very outdated. The beds were uncomfortable. The A/C barely worked and the refrigerator kept going in and out. We thought we booked creekside but we were placed on the court side. You have to walk across the road just to get to the office or the pools. On the plus side the pools are heated which was nice!

Dated and stains on ceiling

The stay was wonderful. Absolutely loved the staff. Already planning to stay there again for our next visit.

It was about a 10 minute walk from busy downtown. Quieter than downtown. My room overlooked a gurgling stream. Very nice!

I booked a room with a river view. But you could not see the river unless you look directly down. Your view is other hotels. The room was out dated and smelled very musty. When I woke up this morning I had bug bites on my arms n my one leg. I did go to staff but because they didn’t see any bugs there was nothing they could do.

Weve stayed in gatlinburg or pigeon forge many, many times. Weve stayed at some good places but never this nice. The pool was always a perfect temperature, hot tubs were wo derful on colder days. And the best part os, after over 2 decades of cisiting and even living in the mountains for a time, I fonally saw my first bear on the property. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we still miss the poolside cafe. We have found our new go to hotel in the area for sure. We will be back.

It is very outdated. The door to the room we stayed in looked like it had been ate by a pet and someone had tried to put their fist through the door. This was a pet friendly room I had my dog as well but I feel they need to do repairs. There was a very strange smell in the room that as soon as you opened the door was quite strong. It is in a nice location.

It was a very perfect area

I enjoyed the close walk down to the parkway.

We got the King’s Suite for 2 nights, which we liked for the private jacuzzi and fireplace, however, the jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned, and neither were the floors even attempted to be vacuumed. The fireplace electric timer ticked so loudly it wasn’t even enjoyable to have it on. The whole unit was overall rundown and lacked airflow, and was either too hot or freezing. Staff was friendly, but didn’t have one extra blanket to use. Location was great- quiet and walkable to the downtown strip and hiking trails nearby.

We loved stay had good time

The description did not mention that these rooms were across the street from main hotel. Seemed like people were living there. No housekeeping even though we stayed five nights. A dog was barking a lot.

The staff were amazing. Was able to have my dog with me. And 3 pools to choose from.

The location was perfect. The cost for the hotel room I found to be overpriced. The rooms are dated, musty, the carpet was dirty, curtains were dirty. Bathroom was clean, but it just wasn’t worth what I paid for the room.

It was a long weekend just to get away for the two of us. This was a really nice place and the staff was excellent. Looking forward to going back.

Expected a little more updated room. They did move me and the service sesk has excellent staff. Our secind room was a basic 1 queen bed room. Needs updated for sure. Make sure you book for a creekside room with balcany if you prefer a nicer room. Walk is about .8 mile to the main strip. Trip to strip is downhill which means back to you room is uphill. There is a trolley thatbcame by but we never used it. Pool area is nice. Would stay again just on the regukar resort side nor the courtyard resort.

It was ok for the price, indoor/outdoor pool area was nice! Location to downtown was good and trolley was a fantastic option!!! Rooms are old could be updated, they need microwaves in them! Our shower wouldn’t drain.
