There were no staff onsite we used a code to get in. Room was clean nicely maintained. Nice warm pool and hot tub in a beautiful setting. Used the state of the art bbq. Had a lovely time

Great staff,accommodations, and overall great experience. Only negative was how close/tight the assigned parking spot #43 was. Not a lot of room to work with for parking.

Everything was fine, only that you need to throw all your garbage before checking out, load all dishes you had used, there is no restaurant inside the hotel so if your first day you need to buy or eat first before you go there. The room was spacious, there are also complete for kitchen wares to utensils and stuff. No available housekeeping you need to request right before you check in. Front desk is not 24hrs. The place was cozy.

This is a great place to stay in the benchlands. So close to the shuttle!

It was fine for the price. I found it odd that I had to put in my security code 3x getting from the parking lot to the elevator but it was nice enough. Great hot tub.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with large bathroom, close to walking trails around Lost Lake. Bus Stop virtually outside the complex to get free shuttle into Whistler Village. The whole complex and facilities are looking a bit tired, but for the price - you can’t complain, it was good value. Only realised we had with the unit, was that there was a strong cooking odour when we first arrived - this cleared during the stay.

Have always enjoyed staying at Horstman House. This is our 6th time returning. Great outdoor pool & hot tub area. Quiet location. Unfortunately this time the room was not very clean. Quite a bit of old food in the carpet and dust/debris built up in the corners of kitchen and bathroom. Dust build up under the bed and all over the headboard. The elevator stopped accepting the code halfway through our stay. Hopefully the cleanliness we all want and expect returns next time.

Beautiful, comfortable, everything you could need. Great location! We would stay here again for sure.

Great size suite, quiet room backing onto forest, fun to have the pool table, swimmibg pool a touch small, but overall great spot for a vacay.

Very clean and comfy. Nice reception and prompt response. The only challenge is the parking if you drive a big car.

Property could use a little update (E.g. Carpets could be a little newer, air conditioning or a little more powerful fans). We did have a slow draining in bathroom sink but it was taken care of early next day. Other than that, the place was comfortable to stay in.

The property is a bit dated, and rooms could use a good cleaning (carpet and floor steaming). We found it a bit dusty and musty-smelling. No air conditioning (which would normally be fine), made it very stuffy during the day, but cooler at night with open windows. Fans were provided which was appreciated. Please be aware if you need parking, the stalls are extremely tight and not suited for SUVs and trucks. If cars are parked on the white line, it is impossible to park in the neighboring stall. Overall this was a good place to stay for a weekend, good for families.
