Good place to stay , but the price of room more than doubled after the fire that happened within 500 km from the hotel. Frankly speaking it is becoming rib off . I try to avoid staying at hotels in this town after the fire .

Staff was friendly

They lied about my Kukoms moccasins being left behind, and they said they did not have them. Which is a lie because they were not in our bags or in the vehicle. I am super disappointed because the moccasins were made for my kokum by her aunt. I hope whoever cleaned room 416 on Jan11th,2026 comes forward and gives them back to us, as they mean a lot to my kokum.

The manager refused a refund during the most horrendous snow storm which left me stranded 6 hours away from High Level. It was impossible for me to reach High Level. I counted 14 vehicles flipped off of the road before I pulled over to rest in my car. After all the business I have given the Super 8 High Level, I was shocked that the manager refused to refund my stay due to the worst snowstorm I’ve ever had to drive in.

Clean room, comfortable. TV went offline and downloaded software for a number of hours. The low water volume and low water pressure in the shower was unacceptable.
