Nice and helpful staffs

Great place for the price. Close to airport. Very friedly staff. Free breakfast.

It was very nice. They just forgot to clean our room one night.

It’s an average hotel that we booked because it’s by the airport. There were signs around the lobby indicating they’ll be doing renovations - it’s in need of an upgrade. The room was a good size; the bathroom was small and the shower had no water pressure

I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. It’s very close to the airport. Some things that I wish were better; the rooms are a bit small. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I wish there were more channels to the tv. The place was clean but a bit outdated. The staff was nice and friendly.

Renovated

Even though the staff was very friendly, we unfortunately had a rather unpleasant stay. When we took the elevator up to the second floor, we received an immediate wave of a damp smell. At first we couldn’t quite pin point what the small was, but while we went through the floor a view a few times, we came to the conclusion that it must have been a water leakage in the wall. There were a few parts of the wallpaper cut out and there were dark colorations (mold?). The smell became really unbearable and was the only thing stuck on our minds after we left. The location was convenient but unless there were severe updates, we would not stay here again.

This location was close to the airport, clean, somewhat ‘tired’ but under going upgrades. The room lighting was very task-specific so not overbearing - nice! The room was very spacious. Having sofa-back cushions would have been nice. Towel bars were noticeably absent. They may be intended in the renovations. Breakfast had ample hot protein - simple and adequate. The staff were courteous, gracious and responsive to appreciation. That’s the only way to go, folks!

Understand that the property in undergoing renovation. You'll see some areas where they're trying to improve the optics. Check-in process was typical The elevators were HORRIBLE THE fitness center is extremely small The pool is not kept up The room, there wasn't much to navigate in the bathroom. The lighting couldn't been improved as it was two different wattages. The switches were on but nothing came on. The do not disturb sign does not mean anything as they'll still enter your room. I had everything the way I needed and had the "unapologetically uninterrupted" sign on the door upon check-in. After leaving the room and returning, housekeeping entered the room. I thought the DND sign was to inform you to not bother guests but yet y'all still did. I wasn't a fan of that. Breakfast can get really crowded the later you wait. Please don't enter rooms when the DND signs are visible outside the door.

The staff is super nice, Cory at the front desk,Shayla Edmonson general manager, Félix the houseman the best!!! And Claridad at the breakfast área very nice person!

The pictures looked great i get that they were in the middle of some massive renovations but would have been nice to know. The smell of wet paint though out the hallways wasn’t great.

This was a perfect spot for a one night stay. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Lovely staff. Emile at the front desk was an absolute delight. I’ll stay again!
