Good value for the money; breakfast was hearty The executive room was roomy but they had not vacuumed under the sleeper couch (food crumbs like apple bits and a plastic toy tiger)! Courteous and helpful staff too! Easy access to local restaurants or fast food. Good location for my needs.

it's an amazing property, comfortable beds, clean rooms and a plentiful breakfast that is very close to a number of my clients. I will definitely be back!

Everything was just fine. The pool was a little cloudy for my liking.

Other than sun peaking into room each morning no matter how we adjusted the curtains, it was excellent stay. We have stayed here for 4th time I believe.

Property shows it's age and is quite dated. It does not have a welcoming entrance. I thought I went in a side door. Limited breakfast seating. Hot food was not appealing. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. On a side note the staff was all very nice and I slept fine.

Great suburban property right off the QEW. Check in process was quick, the room was comfortable and clean, the comp breakfast was good, as well the staff was very helpful. Keep up the great job!

I was there for 2 weeks. The staff came into the room almost every day. They emptied the garbages every time. They replaced some of the towels some of the time, am not sure if they replaced the bedding at all, but they did straighten the bedding every time. Not sure if they vacuumed beyond the entry way. The room seemed clean. The common areas were well-maintained, even the stairs. I don't like rooms that have the TV right over the desk. For business stays, trying to work on my computer with news or whatever on the large screen right above the computer is too much 'in my face', but it seems more and more common. Overall, it wasn't bad, and I'd stay there again.

I was pleased with the hotel room. Would stay here again.
