Close to walk to train station and great front desk staff but this is a 2 star facility at best. Outdated and musty. Clean but needs to be updated.

this hotel has a hreat location, very walkable to shopping, restaurants and train station. The staff were all excellent and very helpful.

The young receptionist staff was very friendly and helpful. The middle-aged receptionist was neither friendly nor helpful. We arrived early from the airport and he would not allow for early check in. He would not allow us to access the rooftop lounge area as seen in the website images. When arranging for a taxi ride to the airport He failed to inform us of the Naples airport hours. Luckily one of the young receptionist informed us , thereby preventing us from waiting outside the airport at 3a for an hour. The daily breakfast buffet was not offered at the hotel. We were informed that we could use the breakfast buffet at another hotel that was 18 minute walk away. However, the room was cleaned very well daily. The hotel’s location is very good, near the Duomo metro. Plenty of dining options nearby.

Convenient

Dark, dingy and smelled musty. Staff was kind. Our bed was very uncomfortable and only one pillow. Our shower flooded and went into the tiny bedroom. Disappointed that the other reviews did not reflect this. We only stayed one night and then were able to change hotels.

Napoli is ... busy, the Hotel Suite Ares is in a great location for exploring the city and an easy walk to Centrale and Circumvesuviana train stations.

Overall, this hotel was ok. Clean. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. We were told someone from staff would look at it, but didn’t. Our items were lukewarm. Staff was helpful regarding restaurant choices, etc. Room was dark and kind of dingy.

Decent location close to the main train station and subway line. Small room & small bathroom though. Luggage room is not accessible by elevator

GOOD--HOTEL IS CENTRALLY LOCATED GOOD--FRONT DESK ( SIMONE )SPEAKS WELL AND GOOD ENGLISH AND UNDERSTANDS IT. NOT SO GOOD-- OTHER SHIFT PERSON SPEAKS SOME ENGLISH BUT COMMUNUICATION WAS DIFFICULT....! NOT SO GOOD--ROOM WAS DARK , YOU HAVE TO INSERT A GADGET TO LITE UP .. BUT IT WAS DARK NOT EASY TO LOCATE.. NOT GOOD.. SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN .... YES THEY REPLACED IT .. BUT WE HAD TO GO THRU IT... NOT GOOD-- AS SOON YOU ENTER THE HOTELYOU AT NARROW FRONT OFFICE, THERE IS NO LOBBY,NO PLACE TO SIT ...NO RESTAURANT.. ITS NOT GOOD OR BAD BUT THATS WHAT IT IS, THEREFORE ITS NOT 4 STARS..3 STARS PUSHING IT.... FLOORS SEEM TO BE QUITE CLEAN , OTHER MINOR THINGS .. WHEN ASKED DO YOU CHECK THEM CLERK SAID NO WE DEPEND ON FEEDBACKS. GOOD SLEEPING ROOM HOTEL.

We loved having an apartment in the city

I really would have preferred to rate this higher because the staff is so incredibly nice; however, there were bugs in the shower, so for that I have to reflect 1 star. Outside of that, the hotel is located near good food and seems to be in a decent location.

Nice staff, convenient location, clean room, good free breakfast at near cafe, happy to stay.

Sea View was an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartment was stunning. It appeared as though we were there first tenants. It was bright, airy and immaculate. The view was outstanding and the location could not be beat. Just a 5 minute walk to the train, across the street from shopping and restaurants all around. Amedeo was an amazing host. He could not do enough for us. He provided us with all the info we could want and was extremely gracious. He even carried our bags and arranged for transport to the airport. Overall an awesome experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Sea View.

Nothing special but fine overall. Had to take voucher down the street to a bar to get included breakfast, which was relatively small.

This was a mistake I will not make again. Expedia report about the distance of the property is extremly wrong. every property we have booked has shown us wrong distance information on expedia. Property was in bad condition. No breakfast, which was arranged at nearby cafe with only coffee & a crossaint. No facilities at hotel, how can they claim it to be 4 star ??? thats deciving. Expedia needs to get their act together & check posts about hotel.

The man at the front desk was amazing with giving recommendations for what to see and where to eat. He made us feel very welcome. The room was beautful and clean. I wish we had stayed more than one night

Great place

I recommend visitors to stay there. Hotel has all you need i.e., comfort, perfect placement, friendly stuff, good breakfast, etc.
