Terrific location, room was immaculate and air conditioned, terrace view from room was special, terrace bar and restaurant made a long day doing touristy things something very relaxing to come back to. Staff was Terrific. Highly recommend.

The room is clean and maintained daily, Jhoti from housekeeping keep our room clean and well arranged, hotel staffs are friendly and attentive, there are shops and restaurants few steps from the hotel, metro train is nearby I would stay in this hotel next time and recommend it

Large, clean room. Staff mostly helpful. We had breakfast included which is very worthwhile. Had to leave early one morning and so they packed us a “breakfast box” to go which was nice.

Positives were location, comfortable beds, large room and price. Negatives were terrible windows, no charm, very patchy service, very brown dated decor. Would not book again.

The hotel is right in the middle of town and it ma de it easy to walk places. The staff was very friendly and as we arrived early in the morning they kept our luggage while we went sightseeing. They called when the room was ready and the luggage was already in the room when we came back. The room looked out onto castle Sao Jorge

Extraordinary hotel. Rooms are gorgeous, location perfect, beds comfy, wonderful breakfast with excellent selection. The roof top terrace was magnificent with perfect views of the castle. The staff were so kind and friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. 10/10
