Clean and smell good. Room is space. Nice staff and good breadfast. It is a bit noise when someone walking in uper floor.

You need a vehicle to go to any restaurants. Other than 1 sushi restaurant there is nothing nearby

This was a great stay considering I was travelling with family of 5 and having 3 children and preferred to have everyone in the same room. Boston area hotels don't offer enough space to acommodate 5 members comfortably. So this was a good choice. Ample parking , decent guests mostly wtih families and staff was friendly and responsive.

Wonderfully clean and modern rooms, excellent breakfast selection with VERY good coffee. Only down side is there is no hot tub, which would have been useful after walking the Freedom Trail.

All the air conditioners on the property having issues. I was moved to another room and still the same issues. Attendant at the front desk mention they were receiving a lot of complaints

Good Place

Emily at the front desk was awful. She was rude, was not helpful, knew exactly what we needed to do to smoothly check in, and instead of offering or suggesting that option immediately, she made me jump through numerous hoops, wasting my time, causing me to have double charges on my card (yes temporarily, but still) causing the room to cost hundred more than it was through the initial booking, and so much more.

Clean property, friendly staff, decent breakfast and great parking. Conveniently located near North Billerica train station for trips to Boston. Variety of local restaurants and a Wegmans with in 15 minutes.

Whoever is the manager for this hotel should teach classes on how to run a hotel! The rooms are So, So clean and it was nice to have the room freshened up each day. The breakfast is to die for. There were two very young looking boys running it and they ran a very tight ship. They should get a raise because I HATE eating at buffet style places for cleanliness reasons and these boys were constantly cleaning and bringing out fresh food.

Excellent conditions,very friendly stuff,clean cozy rooms

There is an American artifact behind the hotel. A rock engraved with John Hancock and Samuel Adams names from April 19, 1775. There are no signs so it was a pretty unique discovery.

Friendly staff, very clean room, and the sofa bed was a huge help. We have two teens (one boy and one girl), so having a comfortable sofa bed meant they could each have their own sleeping space without needing to book a second room. That was really appreciated!

The staff was very friendly. I've never seen a hotel where the complimentary breakfast was kept as well stocked! A different, wholesome breakfast to offer each morning, with smiling faces!

After a slight mix up with the room , the staff was extremely helpful and worked it all out
