The staff at the hotel were excellent both on reception and in the restaurant. The food was of very good quality and cooked well. The salads were outstanding in both quality and choice. The food was excellent value for money. The hotel has a tennis court, which is not quite up to Wimbledon standards but you can hit a ball. It also has a table tennis table which is in a good location with plenty of room. The hotel itself is a little out dated but the bathrooms have a great in the bath shower.

Great location. Hotel was clean but a little tired, food was ok but lacked a good choice, staff extremely polite and friendly. I arrived on September 11th for 2 nights, there was no entertainment during the day and at night. I would go again but, like this time, for only a couple of nights.

Lovely hotel with great staff in a picturesque location on the cliffs. A few minor issues and one major one. The minor ones first, the bed was very hard and not very comfortable and the pool was very cold. The major one was that the food in the restaurant was ALWAYS cold, they provide a microwave to heat up your own food but I feel that it should be hot start with. This said, the food was of excellent quality and tasted delicious, shame it was barely warm. The only other point I would make is Porto Colom is very quiet, and only really suitable if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday as there is no hotel entertainment and no nightlife to speak of.

The Belsana was a very pleasant hotel, extremely good value for money. The staff were all very helpful especially Ann on Reception. Visitors should be aware that there is no entertainment at the hotel and no 'comfortable' seating in the bar area for relaxing but there are some nice bars in the local area. It is worth asking for a room with a sea view as the scenery is lovely. The food is typical of an all inclusive, functional and plentiful! but the whole inclusive package was very good value. Overall we had a wonderful time and would book this hotel again.

The Hotel is basic, but clean, with Avril and Anne on reception being extremely helpful, and we had a view from our room which was spectacular.Maybe one benefit for the end of the season was the hotel was nice and quiet with no rowdy guests.But maybe they were not rowdy because there was nothing happening at any time to get people in the mood for fun! Totally bereft of entertainment, just piped music in the bar in the evening. The big letdown was the food, which has been mentioned loads in other reviews. To my wife and I, the food on holiday plays an important part of our enjoyment, and even in a 3 star with a buffet you can usually find something to eat,but I was really irritated that when we came to eat at 1900( opening time), the food on display was barely warm. This says to me that it had been put out much earlier than needed, and to then put a microwave in the middle for the plated food to be heated up is an absolute nonsense. The Hotel will destroy itself if it does not get this crucial part of it's offer resolved. 4 nights stay,all inclusive, yet after the second night we had to pay at local restaurants for both Lunch and Dinner on days 3 and 4. Not our choice, but driven to do so by the poor quality of the food and its dreadful( and unhealthy) temperature. I cannot say with any truth that this holiday delivered what we were looking for. A shame, when the basics were OK,the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was acceptable. Definite need for Improvement.

Stayed for a week in sept 2012 .Location was good, Beds were really uncomfortable,matresses were hard and the pillows were lumpy - but the ants in the bedding didn`t seem to mind !! Staff were nice,food was typical for this standard hotel.We weren`t expecting great things so it didn`t disappoint on that score.There is a really nice beach about a 10 min walk from the hotel. Would we go back to this hotel ? it`s got to be NO.

This hotel is ideally located in Porto Colom on the west coast of Majorca between Cala d'Or and Cales de Mallorca resorts, both of which are only a short drive or bus away. It is not very commercialised making it great for couples. We had a hire car for the week which made it possible for days away if weather was not too good, there's plenty to visit on this very pretty side of the island. The only downside to our stay at this hotel was the lack of entertainment, this may change coming into the high season where I think there will be some laid on. Pool, terrace area and inside bar area was clean, well laid out and unlike some hotels there was no shortage of sunbeds. We are planning to meet up next year at this hotel with newly acquired friends we met whilst here.

Cheap, cheerful and definately no frills. take as you find it. We enjoyed holiday anyway, but always do. No entertaiment and not for kids.

Nous avons effectué un séjour de 6 jours en demi pension, en couple en plein mois de juillet. Nous avons eu un étage élevé (que nous avions demandé) et avons eu l’agréable surprise d’avoir une vue (partielle, certes) mer. Le petit déjeuné était bon et varié même si c’était toujours le même chaque matin. Un choix sucré (churros, yaourt, fruit, viennoiserie…) et salé (charcuterie, formage, œuf…) intéressant mais les horaires de service sont le point négatif (ouvre à 8h ferme à 10h). Pour le repas du soir, on ne peut qu’être plus critique: nourriture identique presque tous les soirs. A 20h30 le personnel commence à ranger et plus de réassort, pour ensuite à 21h enlever toutes les pinces pour qu’on ne puisse plus se resservir et venir nous déranger pour nous faire payer les extras (boissons..) et nous dire de partir. Les aliments sont exposés trop longtemps aux machines qui sont sensés les maintenir à température donc tout devient sec très rapidement au point de parfois devenir in mangeable (riz dur, on se casse les dents). Le chef cuisto au grill ne prépare pas à la commande et prépare tout d’un coup au lieu de faire à la demande donc au grill dès 20h le choix de poisson ou viande du jour est cuit depuis longtemps, stocké à côté pour qu’on se serve mais à 20h tout est froid et tout se gaspille. Un grand merci à Antonella et Ivon qui se sont pliées en 4 pour répondre à nos besoins. L’hôtel vaut plus 2 étoiles que 3, et mériterai un bon rafraîchissement.

Wir hatten leider nur 1 Nacht zu Beginn unserer Reise dort gebucht. Das Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Denke , wenn das Hotel mal renoviert wird , kann man es nicht mehr bezahlen. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Dålig mat och dåligt att man måste köpa vatten till maten även att det finns ingen kyl i rummet.

Mycket trevligt hotell med fantastisk personal. Maten var okej men vi blev mätta varje dag så inget att klaga på där. Glass och färsk frukt som mättade om man inte var helt mätt.

Tolle Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind praktisch. Das Buffet vom Frühstück und Abendessen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Ich komme gerne wieder hierher.

Boa estadia, tendo em conta que estamos num hotel de 3 estrelas, o serviço foi bom. Os quartos são limpos todos os dias, a piscina não é muito grande, mas tem um tamanho suficiente. O terraço é ótimo para apanhar sol. Pequeno almoço muito bom e com muita variedade. Aconselho a um quarto vista mar. A diferença de preço não é tão grande e vale a pena. Os empregados são muito prestaveis e simpáticos. A nível de interiores precisava de uma decoração mais moderna. Tem apenas um elevador e é pequeno. Também não tem acesso para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Na relação preço/qualidade aconselho

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter/in im Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sehr schauber, gute Klimaanlage und Ruhig. Mit dem BUS ( 428 oder 512 ÖV) kann man einfach überall fahren. Es gibt viele gute Sehenswürdigkeit. 1.1 Km von Hotel gibt es einen guten Ort im Meer zu baden.
