Brilliant location. Dark rooms made sleeping easy. Clean. Tidy. Kitchen in room a game changer.

Hotel reception staff very helpful. Room was great with spot on location.

Room was lovely and clean. It was just a bit tired- kitchen units looked like they'd need replacing fairly soon, towel had a hole, tea towel was old. No loo brush. No spare blankets. Could have done with instructions on the microwave/ oven and air con. One lift was broken. Coffee machine wasn't working at breakfast.

The staff were really friendly and informative, the room was fully equipped and clean.

The hotel was really clean and tidy. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Just want other guests to be aware there's more affordable parking relatively close than Q-Park. Even with the hotel's 40% discount applied.

Great hotel. Big rooms. Kitchen is a bonus and city centre parking for 10 pounds is a treat. The check in lady was lovely too.

Excellent staff on reception

Kitchen mixer tap loose, needed to be tightened up. Mattress in room 219 requires replacing. Support gone on middle/top left side(bed saggy and not comfortable). And both sides show obvious dip where guests sitting on bed. Bedside table missing from one side of bed. Evening reception staff were excellent when asked to provide additional pillows.

Super location, kitchen well equipped and a very comfortable bed. Would stay again. Above all the staff at reception at check in and check were so welcoming.

Great stay. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, kitchen was fully equiped, microwave too, ironing board and iron. White Stuff toileteries and hairdryer. We didn't use the parking, though there is a muti-storey Car Park adjacent. Central for city centre, 20min walk to Motorpoint Arena

Its immaculately clean, staff are great and the room is everything youwant it to be.

The stay was great. Receptionist are truly friendly are nice. All rooms have everything what is needed. Hotel is close to shopping centre.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Right in the city centre, very convenient to explore the city. Property itself is clean, comfortable. The noise from Rock City is unavoidable as it’s literally next door but it’s not bothersome as some reviewers described, it gives an atmosphere/ vibe to the property being bang on in the city centre
