Good location, near the subway and shopping area. The room is quite small (unable to open two large luggages), but it’s comfortable and clean. Not variety menu for breakfast. Overall it’s nice and convenient hotel to stay.

I liked the variety of breakfast options – bread, rice, tea, coffee – and the ability to leave my luggage before check-in. The reception staff were lovely, and there were items available to pick up right at the door. The room was spacious and smoke-free. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was extremely dusty. I sneezed every time I entered. The curtains were too close to the bed, and they were covered in a lot of dust. I wouldn't recommend this place for people with allergies.

1. This hotel is very strategic, it's only a 5-minute walk to Shinshaibaishi and Dotonburi and basically all the attractions right in the heart of Osaka. 2. It is near halal restaurants. 3. The hotel breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food choices—from multigrain rice, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, croissants, soup, and 2 choices of fresh juices. It’s really worth what you’re paying for. 4. They provide free-flow coffee and tea up until 12 midnight, and their coffee and tea selection are actually really good! I love ittt. 5. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at the lobby until 12 midnight and they will lock it for you for safety. 6. The staff are very respectful and polite. 7. They change your linen every day. 8. There’s a laundry service wash & dry for only 600 Yen. 9. There’s Lawson just right next to it. 10. The bathroom has good water pressure and a water heater. 11. Free pajamas for you every day. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Literally in the heart of Shinsaibashi. But the window/room is actually soundproof, so it was quiet inside.

The accommodation is located near many attractions. Nearby stations are also very accessible. You can keep your luggage before and after your stay. The staff are very helpful too!

Location wise is pretty close to the central of Osaka. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Plenty restaurants nearby that opens in the evening. Convenience store is right beside the building. Room was small and literally just fit two guests with 2 large luggage. Bathroom access was a bit hassle for elderly as it is not step free. The breakfast variety needs to improved. Free beverages till around 9pm and they let us store the luggage which is very generous.

The location is near the crowds, near public transportation, only for breakfast, if you stay for a long time, it's a bit boring because it doesn't change much every day.
