The property and staff were great! Breakfast was not our favorite, but we were happy to have a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay! I would stay there again!

At first I thought I made a mistake by booking a property on Murano Island away from the main tourist area in Venice, but I found the area quite refreshing after jostling around in bustling Venice most of the day. There were boat buses available that go to Venice every few minutes. It is very clean, quiet and I felt very safe walking around Murano. The hotel is quaint, clean, and has a delightful breakfast every morning for its occupants.

The bed was one of the best I ever slept.

The hotel was in a nice quiet area. Very accommodating and helpful. Great way to wake up and enjoy a slower, quiet morning and then take an easy water taxi to Venice. The transportation back to Murano was easy in the evening after a nice walk.

Breakfast advertised as 5 Euro but was 10. Decent, just eat more. Attic bedroom too small but the others are beautiful.

Very quiet -accessible to the Venice hustle but located more in a neighborhood. Less difficulty finding than I had imagined. More like a house or B&B than a hotel. I would recommend.

This is a very charming and well-run hotel in a historic 500-year-old building. The staff is excellent, as is the included breakfast. The only caution is that it is on the island of Murano, which is separate from Central Venice. To get there, you have to take a boat, which is actually kind of fun. Also, to get to the airport, you have to drag your luggage about half a mile to a different wharf. But it’s all great and its own way. Highly recommended!

The room was very nice, and pleasant views. The problem was we needed an early morning flight and check out. The gentleman at the desk never mentioned arrangements for water taxi to airport. We had difficulty arranging this on our own, adding stress to our stay. We found out that evening that the hotel can make those arrangements, too late to help us.

Place smelled weird. Was dusty and tiny and not family friendly. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Not worth the price at all

My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon, it was a cute place with breakfast included that fit our needs while visiting Venice. The staff was amazing, shout out to Kristina who went out of her way to accommodate our late check in and greet us personally. We loved the location and price was perfect for our budget. We felt safe here and it was the perfect place to call home, if only for a few days.

Very nice traditional Italian hotel. Decor and furnishings are old-school elegant. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is very modern and there is plenty of hot water. Room was very clean but a bit musty. There are nice open terraces with comfortable seating. Location is great - just a short walk to the vaporetto stop. Murano is wonderful - more quiet than San Marco, very quaint, but with some excellent restaurants.The biggest shortcoming was very weak wifi - we sometimes had to sit in the corridor to get a good signal.

The room was oudated and small but on the other hand very tidy and clean.

Myself and my husband stayed here for three nights whilst attending a wedding. The room was really comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Smaller than it looks in the picture, but that was fine. The shower was great, and it was brilliant to have a little fridge. The service was polite and helpful. The only thing missing was an iron, which would have been handy, as we were going to a wedding! But again, not a big problem. The hotel is perfectly located and has a lovely courtyard. We were also able to leave our baggage there for a few hours on the morning we checked out. Overall, great value for money and a perfect base from which to explore beautiful Murano and the main island.

We were booked for bed and breakfast but with the freak weather there was know where open to eat the hotel would not even make us a hot drink my wife was in bed very I'll because she had got soaking wet because the transfer boat would not take us to the proper drop of point so we waded for a good mile by foot through water when we returned home my wife was diagnosed with pheumonia the hotel staff were very rude and refused to make us a hot drink all weekend except for breakfast 7.30_10.39
