This is an older hotel, but kept in immaculate condition. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and the food is of high quality

Air conditioning in bedroom was not very effective. Need to have the option for having a fan in the room. Otherwise this is a good hotel in a good location with parking available.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful area, full of trees and Mountain View. 5 minutes work to the metro station, 2 stops away from historic center which is a “must see”. Not as crowded as some Italian cities, new and convenient train station.

One of my favorite hotels in Italy! I come to Brescia often to visit my family, and staying at Hotel Ambasciatori makes my time in the town where I spent many of my childhood summers an absolute joy. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and lovely! The location is superb, and the lounges/bar area are stunningly charming.

The male manager at the hotel was not friendly but the front office staff were very helpful.

Everything was perfect

The staff were wonderful. All our questions were answered in a friendly manner. Breakfast was good. Shower had plenty of hot water, but you need to step up to enter. Wi-Fi was terrible, either down or very Slow. Location was good for metro stop a short walk away. Metro was very clean and efficient.

The staff is fantastic. The food for breakfast and in the Dining room is exceptional. A great property that is walking distance to Brescia Castle, the Roman ruins and all the plazas with great dining choices. Loved our stay.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and very helpful when I thought I had lost some documents which they helped me find.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. we stayed in a 4-person room and it was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, linens were of high quality. Breakfast had a lot of selection including fresh fruit. The staff were all friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend. (Thompson Family, Canada).

Excellent hotel on a major - but not busy - road. Room, bed, bedding all of top standard. Across all ranks, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Relatively near access to train station and the historic centre, respectively, your possible entry to and biggest attraction of the city.

Safe were very polite and helpful; parking was right outside the front door; easy walk to the metro to get into the town centre; plenty of dining options in the town centre.

This is an ok Hotel for a business trip. The rooms are on the smaller side and the shower/enclosure is a bit awkward to step in and out.

Awesome breakfest, clean, well located, overall a great experience. The only downside is the wi-fi, really unstable.
