Great room, good customer service ! Easy parking!

Restaurant was closed, they said not enough people in the hotel , the car park had over 70 cars and vans , ? A complete joke.

Excellent as ever

Room 136 bathroom has the radiator plumbing bypassed so it has no heating at all. It was quite handy in this case as I need somewhere to store my milk and it freezing in there. In all I was not impressed with the room and was looking forward to checking out.

Damp stain above the bed, £25 for breakfast consisting of coffee, toast and fruit.

My colleague has stayed at the property last month and noted the rooms were tired but this was to be expected given the price. On this occasion however when he arrived 2 cars had been broken into. This was 3pm. There had been a police presence but unfortunately staff were unable to reassure my colleague that his vehicle would be safe. We tried to find accommodation nearby but this wasn't possible at such short notice. We wont be booking the property again.

Not bad overall but definitely in need of a facelift. Some areas are quite shabby certainly in comparison to the rest (the gym really needs attention). Staff were the highlight, courteous and helpful.

Nice place, friendly people but radiator in room was noisy. Sounded like the room next door was running a bath all night but it was radiator in room.

Breakfast poor quality. Coffee was vaguely coffee flavoured and foul. Rooms very dated. Cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety poor across the building.

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped room. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast and evening meal. Enjoyed my 4 night stay.

The staff are rude ! Wouldn’t show me to my room as it coulnt find it, the room as freezing and stunk
