The hotel is all that you need in the middle of old town, the location is great, the hotel is clean and the staff is just perfect.

Fantastic location with the beauty of Prague literally on the door step

Gorgeous hotel and fantastic service! I had an amazing time staying with them in Prague and I would 100% come back. Front desk helped me book my river tour and made everything easy. The room was big and clean and very comfortable, I had a balcony that overlooked a private courtyard (had more space than I expected to have!) and had a great view of the church nearby.

The staff were the very best; Helpful, friendly, and professional. Everyone assisted with all our questions comprehensively. The rooms were very large and fully equipped. The views out of the windows were quaint. The hotel was well run and well maintained. We highly recommend the Hotel Metamorphosis when you stay in Prague!!!

Great location within an easy walk of all the sights we wanted to see.

We were enchanted by Prague. Hotel Metamorphis was centrally located for our needs with bars and Restaurants just outside. The down side was the partiers...not other hotels guests but just partiers in the street. A popular location.

Originally chose this hotel because of its location, and will happily return because it has great rooms and fabulous helpful staff. If you want a hotel in the old town, this one is a great choice.

Great Place to Stay, close to Everything in Old Town

Everything was amazing and I was very pleased with my stay! I would definitely come here again, I felt safe as a solo traveler and it was very convenient.

John at the front desk was helpful and answered all our questions.

Staff fantastic and excellent location.

GREAT staff from start to finish! Though a little noisy at night it has nothing to do with how awesome the staff is. I did not receive the VIP treatment when first arrived but the staff did deliver. Parking is limited but, again, the staff delivered. I decided to extend here because of the staff.

It was one of our best stays! Metamorphis is in an excellent location and offers a unique atmosphere that makes your stay truly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and their restaurant recommendation, located just across the street, was fantastic. If you're visiting Prague, I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Metamorphis is in a great location, near everything you want to see in Prague Old Town. The hotel and staff are wonderful and very nice. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is our doorknob came off upon check in and wasn't repaired until the 4th day when we asked about it and also the TV in the room did not work during our stay even after maintenance attempted to repair. Aside from this our room was very comfortable, the bed was also very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our balcony. Please note that you will hear noise from nearby bars at all hours and from party goers walking around until 2-3 a.m. We visited the week of Christmas and New Years we were up all night with fireworks, the music from bars and festivities. Aside from this, if this is your first time visiting Old Town, you can not beat the location of this hotel and the great staff.

This hotel is not a 4 stars hotel, the advertising is misleading. Reception staff and location are great. The building itself is very old and unkept, dirty and smelly. We were given a room upgrade via Gold member status on Hotels.com and even with that, it was terrible. The room was huge and could have been very comfortable if the cleaners would have actually bothered to clean it properly. There was very thick dust on the nightstand lamps and the room smelled like it hadn’t been aired in a very very long time. The bathroom was dirty wi Th hairs everywhere, the mirror was dirty and the shower drain didn’t work at all, so when taking a shower one would end up standing in water. Awful experience, I would not stay here again.

Love the hotel, was always warm, not too hot or too cold, the jacuzzi was excellent as was freezing outside that made it much better, the staff were great, really friendly and they remember my bday which was really nice, I would recommend it to friends and family and when we are back we will come back there

2 night break and chose hotel because it was so close to the old town square. Great location. Room was big and comfy. Decor is in keeping with the old building so don’t expect cutting edge modern style. Room was very clean and the staff on reception were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend
