Historic property completely update with a Michelin Star restaurant.

It was nicely appointed. We arrived on Easter Sunday and received some nice chocolates and eggs. Good view of the square out front.

Location is nice. Over looking and walking distance to the Parthenon. Downside is that it is so noisy, especially when your room is facing the Park. You can hear the cars passing by, horns, music outside etc. Other than that, nice hotel

We had an amazing stay at this property. The rooftop dinner was exceptional. The staff from the front desk to the management is extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this fine property.

We had an outstanding meal. We had a reservation for 4 people.We were meeting our travel companions. The Matre d sat us in the dining room because he said the music was too loud outside . In the meantime he sat our friends outside . None of us knowing the others were there. We waited for 30 minutes until finally the Maurer d came to tell us they were there too. So they moved us outside to our friends table where they were waiting . We sat for another 25 minutes before my husband grabbed a waiter and asked for menu and drinks. Then we sat for another 20 minutes before our waiter came back to take our order after that the service was great . The food runners we prompt and thorough in explaining what we were eating. We had to ask our waiter for everything. Including dessert and coffee. It was an extremely long dinner but the food was amazing. Also , we had booked a room with a king bed and they gave us a queen. We were offered some marriot points and breakfast for the inconvenience. We stayed next door at the beginning of our trip at the Grande Bretagne, that was a true 5 star experience from the moment we walked through the door. King George was great but not a 5 star experience for us.
