Let’s just say they did a very good job with the marketing photos, but the reality is quite different. Please be careful if you are choosing this specifically for the spa as it has restrictive hours, and extra cost, and the facilities are overcrowded and not like the photos. There is an ugly industrial complex right next to it, it shares a lot with a gas station and mediocre typical restaurant. Nothing else nearby. The rooms are super basic, so if you are still considering a stay here ask for the room facing the vineyard, those looked much nicer. Positives are the staff was welcoming and kind, and did make an effort to ensure our happiness

would describe this hotel as a very posh Travelodge or a posh trucker stop. It is very close to a the main motorway so really Ideal to stop if you’re travelling down to any part of Portugal or France or Spain either way. The hotel has a mini spa. Which is a Thermo circuit of a mini pool some jets , sauna and steam room. This has to be pre-booked and it’s an extra cost. There are also treatments available but we were not aware of any availability before or after arriving. Next door is 2 restaurants 1) a cheaper self service cafeteria restaurant 2) a main restaurant . Plus a shop and a petrol station. All of them are medium to high price. The room is very generous and size. It reminds us of an Italian American hotel. It’s okay it’s clean. The beds are generous. It’s probably six steps higher than most motorway stop places. I think the real selling point of this hotel is they have a beautiful terrace at the back of the hotel overlooking the vineyard although it is flanked by a motorway. You don’t get too much road noise - it’s still very peaceful You can bring your own drinks and food here into the actual conmunal area . The only food they serve in the hotel is breakfast. They do have a couple of vending machines with beers and coffee but otherwise all food needs to be taken in the adjacent restaurants. We had a lovely picnic for lunch on their back terrace of food we purchased before arriving . If I was coming back again I would plan to bring my own food.

The hotel did not stand up to the pictures. The rooms were old and despite saying the room was non-smoking, there was an ashtray on the small table in the room and a plug in air freshener (which I unplugged). No food or alcohol was sold in the hotel, you had to go next door. There was very little within walking distance, it was almost like an upscale truck stop next to a vineyard. The only local amenities were a cafe and gift shop/convenience store and a mildly expensive (for Spain) restaurant next door.

We arrived from an over seas flight then drove from Madrid to the hotel 1.5hrs . The lady at the front desk gave us a hard time BC check in is at 1PM . She had a really crapy attitude. The hotel was almost empty. I asked her if the room was available or if it had to be cleaned and she said it didn’t matter check in was at 1PM . So we sat in the lobby for about a half hour fell asleep on the couch . She felt sorry for us I guess and at about 12:15 gave us our room . But she was not friendly and not nice . I could understand if the hotel was busy and the room not cleaned but Damm what a way to receive people ! She warmed up at the end . I didn’t argue with her I just asked her if we could have the room earlier and asked if the hotel was busy , she replied the policy of 1PM check in. Whatever. Not very nice . We felt like we were annoying her , we didn’t feel welcome .

Falta ventilación, renovación, todo muy antiguo y no muy bien conservado. Olor a viejo.

We stayed at this hotel as a 1-night stopover while driving to southern Spain. The room (109) was large, clean, quiet and comfortable if rather old-fashioned. There was an impressive view of the vineyard from the French doors. The evening meal included with half-board was typically Spanish and included a bottle of wine made locally by the Tudanca company (owners of the hotel). There is also a cafeteria serving simpler, cheaper fare. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Wi-Fi was free and had good signal strength. Negative point might be that the hotel is not close to any town or village.

Old style (dated) Spanish Hotel with a vineyard feel. Spa facilities separate - small swimming pool 15 Eu per hour per person. Local restaurant also traditional with meat heavy menu.

It all started out well. The receptionist was great. Very helpful. It started to go downhill from there. The room was OK if tired. Shower attachment hanging off the wall. Corners of the bathroom mucky (dirty). Bed OK. View from the balcony over the vineyards was good. We had included dinner in our stay and would not advise it as the menu was limited and the food was poor, and that is an understatement. Breakfast was a very tiny buffet with a little to choose from. All in all nowhere near 4 star. Not recommended.

Lovely hotel. Ideal for an overnight stop or for a longer break. Very easy for the motorway between Madrid and Malaga. Spa facilities which sadly we didn’t have time to use. If you have the half board option it’s very good value, even includes wine and water with dinner. Plentiful and varied breakfast.

Great hotel to use to and from the Ferry. The secure garage parking is well worth the money if like us you have lots in your car.

Excellent and right beside the Motorway. Secure underground parking only 10 euros. Although they were in special measures the Restaurant was open and meals were served.
