We loved everything about this hotel. Location was excellent, valet parking simple and easy. Fabulous location to explore the city. Would stay again in a heart beat!

The hotel was so European style. Loved it. Also, we got there at 9am, and our room was ready, so we were able to check in.

Excellent service from the time we got out of our vehicle to when we left. The valet service was amazing. They helped bring all our luggage and bags to our room. They told us about some of the events that were happening in town that we didn’t know about. The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel is very clean and environmentally conscious.

I loved this place! It is located in lower Old Quebec City. The streets are quiet and beautiful! The hotel was in a perfect spot to walk to dinner and feel safe walking back. We didn’t need a car at any time. We did walk a lot though. The service was a 10! I would stay here again and again.

Loved the property. In the heart of the old city. Very walkable. We stayed two nights. The first night was perfect but the second night, the air went out so it was difficult to get sleep. We did tell the front desk upon departure but no compensation was offered. Other than that, we were very happy with the property.

A beautiful auberge ,spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the valet who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. The location is perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and the charm of Old Quebec.Will definitely return.
