Langham Sydney can charge credit card without approval for something that we don't buy. Better use cash as deposit. The Finance and customer service don't have common sense and very arrogant. Just be careful.

The room are great. The staff are helpful, even though the concierge could be better. The location are great, $2200 for 3 nights in a suite, worth it.
