Nice hotel, not too far from bus stop

Good clean hotel

Stayed here for a couple of night while we visited Paris. The lady on reception was not very welcoming and when I complained about a problem with the room was a bit dismissive. A shame because other staff were friendly. The fish on the toilet wasn't working and when I reported it I was told that it usually does, insinuating that I was lying. Someone came and looked at it but didn't fix it, I had to get it working myself. The room was comfy and clean, and the breakfast was very good. There was supposed to be a gym facility which my wife was looking forward to using but there was no sign of it, possibly because there was some renovation work going on. Generally good for the price but a few things let it down.

All was perfect. The family room was very big. Loved it.

Very bad staff of reception and unccoperative.. so bad check in the employe refuse to answer any question he was so stiff not cooperative.the reception also so small very bad chairs ..i do not recomend travellers to book this hotel..the area is so far from restaurants and shops..i do not know about breakfasts because i will try it tomorrow

Please provide unlimited tolilet papers

Formidable la suite j’ai adoré

It was a good location for day visit to Paris as public transport connections were good. Nice breakfast with items replenished. Comfortable bed and pillows and secure free underground parking was great.

Large and clean room. Food was good. The hotel is older but they are in process of renovating it. It's close to public transportation and a small grocery store. This was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our visit to Europe.

Nice place

We stayed one night as a part of a longer trip. It's a great location from which to visit the Château de Versailles. There is free underground parking which is very convenient. The rooms are big and comfortable for a small family. The staff at reception were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Our room unfortunately had an issue with the plumbing, and a very unpleasant smell was coming out of the sink by the toilet. As it became very noticeable only in the later eveving, and my son was asleep, I didn't notify reception until the morning after. The lovely gentleman there was very apologetic and said that they would have offered us a room change. I wish that I had done so, because the smell became intolerable as the night progressed. Breakfast was nice. Simple, but it had everything we needed.

Facilities and location are great. Easy to park and lots of public transport options so easily taking them to get to everywhere.

This place offered amazing amenities and the hotel manager was so kind ! Highly recommend

Comfortable stay that served our purpose well

The shining point on this hotel is the staff. Alicia, who is a marvelous front desk agent and very knowledgeable of the transportation system through the metro, is very helpful in all possible ways. Hotel is kept clean and the area is quite. Breakfast is superb! The drawback is that, despite claiming being close to the center, is in fact not taking traffic jams into consideration. This hotel is around 35 to 55 minutes away from the center (it could be more depending on traffic conditions) It has a very closeby shopping mall, the Velizy 2 Centre Comercial. I recommend if distance from center is not a determining factor.

Nice hotel close bus stop and tram service, you can reach central Paris within an hour. Hotel is safe and welcoming for family. Will stay again.
