The ac didn’t work on the first room. The faucet was clogged in the first room, but the fixed it quickly. They moved us to another room because they couldn’t fox the ac. The shower was clogged and they didn’t fixed it. The pool was extremely dirty.

Check in was fast and staff very friendly. We were assigned our room but it had a very bad sewer odor and the AC unit was VERY loud. After reporting the issue we were assigned a new room fast . Valet parking staff was dast and very helpful.

Room was missing soap, bathmat, proper installation of floor as floor creaked in various spots. Missing coffee mugs, towels, and bath mats. Bath glass shower door would not close as not balanced. Shampoo dispensers empty. Air extractor in bathroom sounded like an over run plane engine. Check in reception staff aggressive and appeared upset that I utilized Expedia for my reservations. Compliment to the repair technicians and the bellboys who were very helpful! Everything could be great but the housekeepers need training as they were new and the reception staff could benefit from customer service training versus being rough with guests and their support staff. My belief that attention to the small details make a big difference!

It is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. The front desk made fun of us because we spoke English. The conditions were the worst I’ve ever seen. The manager was rude and extremely unprofessional. We tried to get our money back and move hotels and the manager said, that will never happen if you go some where else, consider me stealing your money.
