Great accommodations, helpful staff

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Déjeuner buffet chaud et froid inclus. Pâtisseries. Boîte a emporter. Par contre, ventilateur insuffisant étant donné la météo très chaude -inhabituel- Indications pour la piscine/gym pas trop claires. Mais somme toute, nous avons bien apprécié. Excellent établissement.

To be honest, this was our worst stay of the trip. Our room was absolutely not clean, to the point where there was an actual boot print left in on the bathroom floor. Luckily, they do provide slippers so needless to say we did not walk around barefoot. This hotel also does not have air conditioning, but they did provide a fan already in the room. Our room was also on the first floor facing an interior courtroom so unfortunately we did not feel comfortable leaving the window open at night as anyone could access our room, not that the area or hotel isn't safe, this just wasn't our preference. Location of the hotel was nice though, within walking distance to everything.

I booked the room and tried to check in on the same night. I showed up around 10pm and no one was manning the front desk. The hotel was empty and I kept calling and no one picked up - I managed to get a waiter working to get the manager for me. Then once I checked in - there was no conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom...considering this is a 4 Star Hotel(?) I was surprised at the lack of amenities. I called front desk to get me some lotion and they said they would check with house keeping and no one got back to me with anything. Overall, spacious and quiet'ish. But lacking in amenities. Please pack accordingly.

Loved staying here, great location within walking distance to town.

We only stayed here for one night and due to circumstances beyond our control, we did not arrive there until 10.30pm. This was a shame as the hotel was really lovely. Front desk staff were welcoming, the room was splendid, large, clean and a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Even had 2 chairs to sit on, when so many hotels only supply one. We would have liked to have stayed longer with them but had to move on. If we are ever in the area again, we will certainly spend time there.

Fint, ganske nyoppusset hotell. Romslig rom med stort fint bad. Badekar med fastmontert dusjhode. Gratis parkering utenfor. Velassortert frokost og god kunnskap fra betjeningen ang glutenfri mat. 10 minutter å gå til hovedgaten med restauranter og butikker Grei beliggenhet i forhold til utflukter til f.eks. Cobh og Kinsale Bor gjerne her igjen hvis vi er i nærheten

Friendly staff, good breakfast (white pudding lacked taste), has a pool so remember swim wear! Plenty of parking and within walking distance of the distillery.

A lovely hotel and sorry that we could stay only one night. Very friendly and helpful staff who let me park my motorcycle just up from the front door out of the way but in sight of the front desk. Great breakfast kept us going until evening.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while traveling. Front desk was really friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, I ended up being sick for a whole day and missed what the surrounding had to offer. But the hotel bed was very comfortable for me to spend the day in. Also, my husband enjoyed the Leisure center while I rested.

The staff were helpful and promptly answered any queries. The breakfast menu offered a wide selection of traditional and continental food. The room was clean and had tea making facilities. It was great that you could refill your water jug at the 'refill' stations. Large car park so no parking issues.

We spent one night in this lovely hotel in our journeys around Ireland. Quiet, clean, and friendly!

If you need good Internet avoid this hotel. Its the worst Internet I've experienced in a "1st world" hotel. Been here 4 times over 3 months for work and it's been absolutely abysmal. Their connectivity fluctuates wildy and constantly drops. Speed is non existent. I've had to use mobile data for 3 out of 4 trips. Truly pathetic. Complaints to management is pointless. They do nothing. The main plus about this place is the gym. And the restaurant is good. Internet absolute muck!!!
