Lovely spacious room with a sea view. Right in the centre of Brighton, everything is a short walk. Nice buffet breakfast with a good choice of breads, cereal, fruit and cooked options. Scrambled eggs and sausages were really amazing. Room had a really powerful fan, which was needed as I'm menopausal. Bathroom was also great...bath was deep and the taps ean quickly to fill it up. Only negative is no parking, we used The Lanes carpark nearby which was £80 for 36 hours. Parking is dear in Brighton!

Our stay at Queens Hotel was absolutely unforgettable. We booked this trip to celebrate a special occasion with my boyfriend, and from the moment we arrived everything felt perfect. The apartment was spotless, truly immaculate, and exactly how I had imagined. Comfortable, stylish, and prepared with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help, which made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the pool and sauna such a relaxing and cozy space to unwind together and enjoy the moment. The breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic variety and everything fresh and delicious. Starting the day there felt like a treat in itself. The location right by the seafront made everything even more magical, especially for a romantic getaway. This hotel helped create beautiful memories for us, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

We found the Queens Hotel absolutely perfect for our recent trip to Brighton. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of all the sights and amenities of Brighton, and from the moment we arrived the hotel provided really good service, starting with Liz at Reception. We stayed in a lovely room, with a really good view of the sea and the pier. The room and the hotel generally provided all the facilities we needed and if we return to Brighton in future, the Queens Hotel will definitely be our first choice of hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Queens Hotel Brighton. The location is nice and convenient, right on the seafront and close to the pier, shops, and restaurants. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it’s clean, cozy, and has an old school charm that makes the stay feel warm and authentic. My room was comfortable and the sea views were beautiful. A special thank you to Carlos at the front desk for his outstanding service.

I had read the reviews of the rooms needing freshening up so I wasn’t expecting perfection. We stayed in T3 (Tower suite 3) and the layout and view from the huge windows made up for a bit of tired furniture and a bit of peeling paint. We sat on the sofa just watching the world of Brighton. Lovely relaxing time. Great walk in shower and a whirlpool bath as well. Everything with the room was great. The only problem was probably us. There was no information in the room at all. We thought that the hotel didn’t offer room service and as we are both vegan didn’t ring down to reception to ask for plant milk. Therefore our special anniversary was spent shopping for milk and trying to arrange food for ourself to have in the room. When I told reception that the bathroom towel rail wasn’t working she said we were supposed to click a switch by the entry door. (Not near the bathroom) so spent most of our time reusing wet towels. I think they need to ensure that customers know these things and also inform people that there is room service and they do provide plant milk if requested. We don’t like to worry staff and as I said at the beginning the problem is probably with us not wanting to bother people. Both in our 70’s But I really do think an information pack is essential for people to enjoy their stay. Will will continue to travel to Brighton but maybe our experience at the Queens has left us with not great experience memories so maybe not choose this hotel next time.

Got an upgrade for only £25 to a larger room which was great, friendly staff and food was delicious! Also loved the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on a cold, wet and windy day.

Amazing location and good value for money. A little tired looking particularly the desks chairs and tables in the rooms, but lovely staff and being a dog friendly venue make up for it!

Lets start with a positive, the majority of the staff were amazing, really friendly and very helpful. Our check-in went without a hitch and the reception team were full of local knowledge. Our room was nothing like in the pictures, very small and basic. It definitely needed some work done to it and a proper clean wouldn't go amiss. The bed was comfortable and clean. The reviews about noise are so true. There are rotting single glazed sash windows, so the noise (and cold air) hits as soon as you open the curtains. The walls, floors and ceilings are also very thin, so we could hear everything from the rooms surrounding us. The shower was super powerful and we had very hot water at all times. We weren't given any info about the pool, gym and spa area. Again it could do with some redecorating, but the gym was good for a basic work out, the sauna and steam room were great and the pool was ok, but quite cold for my liking. The restaurant area is not very big, so we had to wait in a queuing system for 30mins before breakfast. The coffee machine wasn't working and we were charged for coffee, which I really didn't agree with after paying for breakfast. The pastries were delicious, but the cooked breakfast was dry and only warm as it was on the buffet. I order vegan bacon and sausages which they apparently cook fresh. The sausages arrived cold and very dry, and they said they don't serve the bacon, but the receptionist was raving about it the night before!

Carpets and furniture in room looked in dire need of updating (wooden surfaces were scuffed on all furniture and fabric on armchairs was stained). Curtains were thick, but not wide enough to keep our the glare of the streetlight outside our room. No thermostat on radiator so it felt like the 12th circle of hell in the room and not suitable for menopausal people (avoid room 104 if you do have hot flushes )! Window frames warped. Small stains on bed linen. Mattress and pillows weren't the most comfortable so we had a bad night's sleep.
