Excellent all around! Great customer service, great clean room.

For the price we had a comfortable clean bed. Location was quiet. We checked in quickly with a very nice young lady. Lobby is nicely updated. The hallway carpets are terrible. Dirty and stained. Our room door was hard to close Room smelled. Strongly of bleach and carpet was damp. No handtowels. 2 bath and 2 washcloths was it. Room appeared clean. Bathrooms are

The bathroom looked dirty, old and rundown. The covers had stains. The lamp shade was broken. Was just passing through. Need a place to overnight. Won't be staying agsin

Had a wonderful stay. The young lady to check me in was amazing and very informative.

Check out was stateted as noon. Got a Knock on the door at 10:30am that cancelled one person in room sleeping in. I told them we would check out at noon. 11:30 another knock then walked right in. Unexceptable

The carpet was filthy, the accessories were dusty, no continental breakfast, no wash clothes, room had foul odor from water leaking air conditioner unit in front of window causing wet carpet accompanied by foul odor, and the bed had sink in the middle, and the linen was stained and dingy. The staff were great and very apologetic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient to get into and out of. Room was dark at night, which was a plus for me.

The hotel staff was good. The pool had no water. I requested housekeeping during my stay. They never came. A small roach was noted in the shower on my last day there.

All was good with our overnight stay. Even the breakfast was good. Except there was no fruit, not even bananas. I am on a special diet, and fruit is always a good option, at any time of the day.

Blood on sheets and stained mattresses.

Room was filthy, sheets dirty. The room smelled horrible. Smoke detector broken. The hotel badly needs a make over. I actually had to go out and purchase sheets, comforter and towels. I couldn’t bring myself to use the ones there. Sorry never again!!!

It was a great hotel for the price. Rooms were older, but they were clean and beds comfortable. Right in the area with plenty of food choices and shopping. Would stay again!

Needs remodeling,mattresses are very hard.

Minor issue-no facial tissue in room. The clerk searched all over and could only come up with a partial box from an unoccupied room.
