Just what we needed for an overnight stay, before travelling home after a long day at the seaside.

Excellent staff .

Amazing venue I stay here regular with my children on the weekends. Highly recommend staff are great. Facilities are clean and easy access to local amenities also great value

Warm welcome, very friendly, no issues with booking in to checkout. Very friendly and cheerful staff. Very nice manager, my dog Luna was very welcome and very spoilt lol. Absolutely recommend staying Lovely foo, with great service. At this Holiday Inn, you won’t go wrong. We will be there again next year. Thank you for making our trip comfortable

It's a great hotel in an outer but convenient location & having a Harvester Restaurant next door for dinner, very handy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed at this property for over ten years and will certainly continue to do so.

Lovely staff, speedy check in tasty breakfast with great options

Staff were brilliant in all areas. I could not get into my car as someone parked too close and as I have a back problem, one of the staff got in from the passenger side and got the car out. All staff were brilliant. One suggestion - as vehicle parking is not controlled by the hotel, they do not know the car numbers of the guests and there is no way to find out whose car it is. Please tell all hotels to take the vehicle number as it will be very useful in a situation like this

Cashless which wasnt clear on booking. Fine but the room was meant to be for 4. 2 adults and 2 children. As it was a sofa bed we didnt expect it to be particularly comfortable but oh my god... this thing was the most terrible, wonky, painful thing ive ever slept on. We genuinely have slept on the floor because its less painful. Shouldnt have to do that when youve paid £122 for the privilege per night. Breakfast was ok but very limited.

Very convenient for my stay

Dreadful service from both Hotels.com and the Hotel. We altered the booking date, Hotels.com admitted a system error their end meaning we were left with a no show even though we turned up the following day. Both parties refuse to offer a refund leaving us out of pocket. Customer robbery.

Was worried about the M4 being so close but in our room couldn’t hear a thing! Will definitely be back to stay, friendly staff and breakfast was great. Room was just what we needed, clean tidy and comfortable

Great staff. Always very polite and welcoming. My only gripe is that the car park spaces are very narrow and the car park needs to be bigger (or share with the Harvester!) That said, it’s better than a lot of other hotels, and I’ve always been able to park somewhere. Lift hasn’t worked for more than 6 months. Doesn’t affect me, but I’d imagine that’s more than inconvenient for some others.

We had a great stay. Staff was so helpful and friendly fully accommodated us with our two dogs. The rooms were spacoius and clean.

Rooms are good but got no sleep due to excessive noise from fans out side window
