Nice clean hotel. Convenient restaurant on site. Nice pool area

Excellent breakfast hot&cold variety daily good for the family lots of water activities large pool and whirlpool guiet during weekdays lively on weekends large hotel staff gave us better accommodations so that we had easy access to our room from the parking lot without using stairs or elevators from 2nd floor with a nice view of activities. Every thing is on the premises including nice restaurant attached. One draw back had a whirlpool bath in room hard to get in and out. Needs a grab or safety bar. Would definitely come back

Very clean, quiet, spacious, close to pretty much all the great restaurants

Property was clean. Front staff is friendly housekeeping snap was not very friendly. We will definitely be back the pool and hot tub where extremely clean.

I am really bummed in this whole experience. Checked in with 2 small children after traveling late. Were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Was then made to stand back in line (a long line) to get the correct room/keys. And then upon entering the room there were no sheets no blankets for the sofa bed. Just really frustrated that things were so unorganized and chaotic when you pay $100+ dollars.

Warm welcome, informative, great location, very comfortable, slept really well in comfy bets, clean and a great breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, connected to Old Chicago Restaurant, which was very convenient. We loved the swimming pool and the convenience of unloading & loading the car. Having connecting rooms was nice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Nice hotel with restaurant on site. It was close to the highway in a nice area. The room was clean and comfortable breakfast was fine as it was a standard buffet. I would stay there again

I booked the stay, not realizing it was nonrefundable so, that was 100% on me. When tried to cancel via virtual chat - it would reach out to the hotel and see if they would be willing to cancel with the refund and get back to me within 24 hours. I had no problem accepting the decision either way but this is where it went south I called at 6:30 AM on Friday. Check-in was not until Saturday at 3 PM - within the 24 hour. I spoke with a very incompetent, rude employee named Crystal. She said the manager was off duty until Monday so I would not hear from them until then - I asked how would that work - if the room was for tomorrow at 3 PM and no mgr was available until Mon. it makes no sense? She said nothing would change - no refund, but I wouldn’t find out until Mon. I asked why would they even send me the notification that they would get back to me within 24 hours knowing that was not an option she basically said I don’t know what you want me to say they’re not going to refund you then without notifying me she put me on hold - transferred me to corporate. Thankfully a very kind woman explained everything to me. Needless to say, I changed my mother’s day plans as to not be out the 200+ dollars. Unfortunately, the hotel was not even worth it and i should have took the $ loss. Not like the pics/ Dirty - rundown/ slow elevator - 6 min wait slow ( I was on the 4th) doors didn’t lock for security w/key card as it should.No pool towels. breakfast was subpar. Owners should pay a visit

Had to lift door to get it to latch. Bed was comfortable and room was clean with updated drapery and bathroom. Building is older but well maintained. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for a girls trip and the pool was great, front desk staff was good and delivered sheets/pillows for the pull out couch right away. Convenient place to stay.

Everything was nice and clean. Our bed was a little firm for our liking. Overall I wouldn't have any problem staying here again.

This property is in desparate need of some updating! Rooms are great size but really outdated and smelled musty and like a wet diaper!

It was just one night but everything was more than expected. Loved the pool area, the room, the breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
