Was told by front desk that hotel was fully booked and no rooms were available. Check online and there were at least 10 rooms available. Lori at the front desk was reluctant to be helpful. After checking in, overheard a customer ask front desk if the a/c was going to be fixed. It would have been nice to know at check in that there was no a/c. Was not given the needed voucher to have the breakfast that was included in the reservation. No outside food or drinks are allowed. Breakfast could have been better considering the price of the stay.
Otherwise, the beds were comfortable.
