Comfortable, easy check in, friendly staff. Rooms were spacious. Pool was great! This was a layover stop for us but would definitely consider it again if in the area. Convenient to other stores and shopping. The only negative was the restaurant; would definitely recommend they play more "all age" appropriate music with less cuss words, especially at 7pm on a Thursday. They forgot half of our order but still attempted to charge us and the pizza was undercooked after waiting 50 minutes for it. "You get what you pay for" comes to mind as it's a lower cost hotel but still expected a reasonable attempt at food especially for it being attached to the hotel. Again, would stay again but know food delivery options and other places to eat.

The hotel is outdated . The elevator was sketchy. The beds are uncomfortable. The room was clean but the rest of the hotel needed cleaned .

Nice location

We came down for my sons birthday party. Booked our rooms month ago. Got all the conformations a different confirmation for every room we had booked. Did the online check in everything was good until we went to the desk to check in were they informed us that they canceled half our rooms. so my soon cried because half of the people who were coming for his birthday had to drive back to Green Bay. The manager openly admitted they canceled our rooms to charge more for the room. Needless to say not happy at all and will never return to this hotel again.

My reservation was cancelled because they said they overbooked 2 queen rooms. Funny though they are still available on the website at twice the price.

Large indoor pool area, plenty of entry ways, but only 1 elevator. Free breakfast daily with stay with full restaurant/bar attached. Well priced.

We stayed here for four nights and overall had an okay experience. The pool area was definitely the highlight—clean, relaxing, and a nice place to unwind. The room itself was fine—nothing particularly special, but nothing to really complain about either. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good with a decent variety of options to start the day. One downside was the lack of housekeeping—we had to go to the front desk every day to get clean towels, as our room was never serviced during our stay. That was a bit frustrating, especially for a multi-night visit. Not a bad place to stay, but a few improvements in service would go a long way.

The desk clerk was very courteous and gave us a room close to the entrance. But, when we went to the room there were peanuts on the bed and the pillows were shuffled and the trash had not been emptied. House cleaning did come and fix that. Also, the refrigerator didn't work and the desk lamp flickered. Maintenance brought a replacement refrigerator which was iced up and I was told you didn't have another one. They did replace the lamp. As for the bar and grill we expected more choices on the menu in the bar keeper appeared to attend to the bar and food serving. So, we went to the Mexican restaurant on the corner which was really nice. My wife and I just expected more from my Best Western Plus as big as it is.

Good place to rest when in the area. Got in late from SummerFest and no problems checking in so late at night.

This used to be my favorite hotel in the MKE airport area. I have been to this hotel a dozen times. I came this last time and the restaurant is never open during the week. We cant have our family or friends visit and go swimming without a $25 wristband. The doors ro outside dont work with keycards and busted. People kept putting something in it to keep itnopen because they wont open from the outside with a keycard half the time. And the one elevator is all the way in the back of the hotel. And we arent allowed to take our breakfast to our rooms anymore?! I may have to fjnd a new place to come in to MKE for family friendly amenties that are available to me when i am in town.

We stayed to attend a Milwaukee Brewer game Friday and attend a family graduation party on Saturday. The breakfast was fabulous. Pool Area clean, but always in need of pool towels. Front desk happy to give you some just needed to go get them. Hot tub never really hot just warm. Kids still enjoyed it.
