The staff deserves an A+++ the room, lounge and pool area were very clean. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

The staff was very helpful! I appreciated my shuttle to the airport. I was disappointed the clock or coffee machine did not work in my room and I had no shampoo.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating, airport shuttle was helpful, provided water and soft drinks. Clean but felt dated on decor. Easy walk to restaurants. Stored our luggage until later flight.

Since my last stay at this motel, they have started the scam of demanding a $100, interest free loan under the guise of a security deposit which is BS since they have my credit card information.

Staff was very kind and make sure I had everything I needed. Shuttle to and from airport was convenient as was the grab and go breakfast they offered due to my flight leaving before their breakfast time

Great location for attending a concert at Isleta. A bit noisy from street and air traffic but overall a good value.

The staff, airport shuttle, and food were all very good. However, when I first checked in and opened the door to my room, it smelled extremely musty, I had to ask for a different room. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and quickly accommodated me with another room (I found the smell to be the same, just not as powerful as the first room). The next day, I went on an excursion, and when I returned, the entire second floor reeked of weed. I reported it to the staff, and they immediately sent out a notice reminding guests that smoking isn’t allowed on the property. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again the following day. I don’t care if people smoke, but when it’s done indoors and the smell is so strong it takes over the air, it becomes a problem for everyone. Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful, with a decent breakfast, but that musty smell was hard to get past.

Our room was directly across from housekeeping. Every morning at 7am, it was as loud as if 10 people were in our room laughing and joking. I appreciate that the staff is starting their day, but the room across the hall was too loud to sleep in. Maybe dont rent out 118. There was also no elevator, the person above us could be heard moving around, and a pillowcase was dirty upon arrival.

The staff was very welcoming and explained all they had to offer. Besides the nacho bar they offered a Taco, rice and bean meal from the Management for all guests. The room was great. Hot water was wonderful. Over all a great hotel to stay at, 4-5 stars

Everything was great, staff, breakfast, etc. Except that the dark curtains to keep the light out does not close completely. They are made to stay 75 percent open leaving the sheer curtains to block sunlight. I wasnt ablebto sleep after getting in from a long flight. But everything else was good.

Terrible customer service and dishonest management — beware. We actually stayed here twice — once on our way to our destination and again on the way back. The first time seemed fine, so my wife stayed here again alone. Big mistake. She accidentally left a pair of pants in the room, realized it immediately when she got home, and called to have them shipped back. The staff claimed they “didn’t find anything.” My wife had literally worn those pants in — they didn’t just vanish. When she asked to speak to a manager, the manager was rude, dismissive, and hung up on her mid-conversation. That level of unprofessionalism says everything about how they treat guests once they’ve taken your money. If you value basic honesty or decent customer service, stay anywhere else. This place clearly has a serious issue with integrity and respect for guests’ belongings.
