Great hotel everything is walking distant beach, food, stores, it’s layback good to rest and relax, we had issues with the flushing of the toilet but managed well over all I would go back but not off-season nor raining season either it rained on us the last 3 days 👍

Mexican colonial style. You get what you pay. Food and beverages are tasty but expensive. Staff very friendly and kind but they could pay more attention to you on the pools areas. Something I disliked was that a family with childrens were at the adults pool and the staff didn't say anything.

I like tha is close to beach, and to walk lots of space pool,

This is a very nice and friendly hotel. The room is a little old. The room we had was up many stairs and had 2 double beds. Queen beds would have been better. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. But either the paint was faded or there was mold on the ceiling. But the ceiling was 4 meters high so it was ok. Service was good in the bar and restaurant. But the food is seafood and vegetarian. No meat options. Overall it was a very good experience.

Great support from Staff. Room was clean and everything working fine. Hotel is quite pretty. The opportunity is on the pool towels availability.

Grounds are in good shape. T From the outside the Hotel is nice. But the rooms are another story. Old, moldy, musty and in terrible shape . But the staff was kind. Lety the Pool server was amazing and so friendly. She even brought us her homemade cupcakes one morning.

Love the Hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, Lety in the swimming pool area always made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for relaxing. Only a few steps from the beach and walking distance to many bars and restaurants along Zicatela beach.

Is good place

The hotel is very charming. They have 2 pools, one for families and one for adults only. We were one one end of the "malecon" but everything was easily walkable and felt safe. There was a beach with a more swimmable area a short walk up the coast. My only two complaints are: 1. We had nocturnal birds right outside our patio door that call to each other every few seconds ALL NIGHT LONG. Literally from 6 or 7 PM until about 6 AM. Bring earplugs. That was the only way I could sleep. 2. They have a lovely patio area with a palapa and chairs but they don't allow any outside food or beverages even though this area is not in their onsite restaurant. Also the restaurant is vegetarian. This policy was disappointing because we were there with friends we only see every few years and would have loved to have had some snacks and beverages together under the palapa. Other than those, it was a lovely stay in a cute beach town.

Very quaint and comfortable place to stay, steps away from Zicatela and the night life.

This hotel is very old and needs a major facelift. The online photos are very deceptive. The service and food were good. Nice restaurant but only breakfast. Great location…right on the beach.
