The hotel was perfect for our stay in nantes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfectly fine. Rooms were clean but some of the hotel could do with a refresh.

Hôtel situé à 2 pas de l’arrêt du tramway. L’accueil fut plus qu’extra avec JADE. Avons bénéficié de son sourire et sa gentillesse (café et biscuits) durant nos 3 jours. Notre chambre était parfaite, spacieuse, lit confortable, salle de bain propre, située au 5è avec vue sur la place Royale. À proximité des restaurants et des endroits à visiter. À noter qu’à Nantes, les transports en commun (tramway, bus, bateau) sont gratuits les fins de semaine. Un extra! On recommande cet hôtel.

Rechecked in after getting back from Nevers France. The room assigned on 2nd floor was a bit small but I was happy as wifi was better compared to three days ago. As usual, clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast was fairly okay with limited selections. Staff are lovely. TIP: Nantes bus and tram are free on weekend. If arriving to airport on Saturday or Sunday, take bus 38 towards Greneraie, get off Pirmil or Pont Rousseau - Martyrs stop, transfer to bus 3B towards city centre (hotel dieu stop). Alternatively, tram 2 or 3 from Pirmil or Pont Rousseau towards hotel dieu or commerce. But at present Tram 2 and 3 pirmil and Pont Rousseau are under construction. So best to take Bus3B.

Centrally located Quiet area though at the centre Fairly good continental breakfast, limited option. Wifi is a let down, very sluggish

Staff members where very helpful. Breakfast was very decent and plentiful and I liked that the customers had quite few hours to have breakfast (it was available until 11am). The location of the hotel is superb but really cannot praise enough the staff members especially in reception

Good and economical B&B hotel in the pedestrian centre. Excellent and friendly staff. Free breakfast. Better the the other Ibis Styles nearby.

Good budget hotel. Double room with desk and chair. Ok storage but not great. Nice clean bathroom. Lovely staff, very helpful. Nice free breakfast. Hotel is getting a bit old now but much much better than other Ibis Styles nearby. Coffee shop underneath.

Location, location, location. Truly that’s the best part. The room was clean and all we needed. The breakfast was good. The location was everything.

Perfect location to explore everything around the city centre. Spacious bedrooms, nice duvets and pillows but some details and the corridors rather worn out. The lounge area completely different than the photos displayed and breakfast rather basic but adequate. The staff very helpful and happy to assist

Great location in the centre of the city near Place Royale. Easy to walk to all the attractions and close to the tram. Very comfortable bed, the rooms are a little tired looking though. Breakfast is a continental with a nice choice of items. The staff are very nice and so helpful. Would recommend a stay here, good hotel in the perfect location at a great price.

Brilliant location and fantastically friendly staff. Very small walk to and from the airport bus. Location is in the city centre with lovely bakeries, restaurants, shops and bars within minutes. Only minus is the rooms are a little tired decor-wise, but immaculately clean, comfortable beds, bath as well as a shower. Fantastic value, will book again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ibis Royale and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is impeccably clean, and they offer convenient luggage storage. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and available 24/7 to assist with any needs. My stay was so perfect that I decided to extend it by another day. The location is incredible, and my room had a stunning view of Place Royale. Highly recommend!

Great location. Hotel is a bit old and tired but for a one night stay for a solo traveller it was perfectly adequate and the breakfast selection was very good.

Central location, clean room with pleasant staff, easy to walk all around Nantes and 1 minute from all the tram lines.

Perfectly located with all the sights within an easy walk. Also only 2 mins from the tram stop which made the journey to and from the airport very simple. The hotel is a little tired, with poor internal sound insulation, but comfortable enough. I would stay there again if I was thinking of taking another tourist visit to Nantes. Wherever you stay, go visit Les Machines de l'ile and ride on the elephant and carousel - haven't that that much fun since I was a child!

Walk out the door and you are in the heart of the city.the staff were most helpful.and the room was clean and functional

hotel is in a great location allowing access to the main square with a 5 mins walk but is a little dated.
