Great location, super friendly staff, felt very safe

Right next to the Waffle House. People were revving engines all night. Also, the hotel is very dated.

How could you not have Fox on the day of the all star game...Ridiculous!!!

The staff was nice, but the bed was long over due for a replacement. I could feel a spring that was sticking into the left side of my back.

The hotel had a nice room, excellent breakfast, adequate exercise room, but the room itself always felt humid.

Went to Longview for a high school graduation. The front desk was amazingly helpful!! Room was so nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Walked to have dinner. Mrs. Meyers- Austin TX

Staff was very friendly and helpful , rooms were clean and nice. Our first night there we returned to our room at around 10:00 pm to discover that the thermostat was not working , the staff quickly got us moved to another room where we were comfirtable for the rest of our stay.

Stay was decent with the exception of not displaying at the front desk or the desk clerk not mentioning that room service (cleaning) wasn’t automatic and needed to be requested instead. Seems like that should be worth mentioning at check-in.

Lobby was not welcoming. Rugs and mats were dirty. When issued assigned room, the mattress was broken down. It cracked and popped when sat upon. The TV did not work. Room was dirty and had a bad smell. We were offered a different room when we asked.

There are definitely restaurants in walking distance that are in the parking lot. There was a sign that said you cannot rent if you live within 40 miles. I asked and very nice lady at the front desk if it was because of parties and she said yes, and for other reasons. I asked if it’s a hooker hotspot And she said yes. After that, I was freaked out about sleeping in the place. It was not a very good facility, but the lady was nice.

This hotel is dated, the front desk and lobby are in good shape, new carpets, in the hallways and room, but the room itself, the washroom, the beds and furniture are old and need updating. Can't say it was clean, the corners are dirty, food sauce on the radio, spend a few dollars more elsewhere, not sure how it got the ratings it has.

Ice machine on our floor was out, no big deal went downstairs to get some.

Checking in was smooth & easy! Great customer service and Karen went above and beyond to help us with dinning recommendations

Staff was very nice and helpful

The bed was terrible. Very soft and caused me to have significant back pain. I have been on the road for three days with no pain until I slept in that bed and I’m very upset. I reported it to the front office person other than that everything is clean and the staff were nice, but the bed ruined whole stay there.
