Convenient location from highway and Hannover fairgrounds- nice dining options nearby. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast buffet with eggs and waffles made to order was awesome.

This was my first time staying at a BW premiere Hotel, and i was very impressed with the Hotel in Hannover, Germany! It was beautiful!

I expected more, frankly, from the best of Best Western. Instead, the front desk was indifferent, and vaguely hostile, the location in the expo area wrong for my purposes (my own fault) and the hotel infra obsolete and crumbling, with renovations in progress. In all fairness, some of the staff went beyond the call of duty to compensate for the weakness of the others, but it's hard to succeed when you've got one angry guy up front, and a waiter at the restaurant who clearly has either no talent for it or no experience, or both. I did find a nice park nearby to walk my dog in thanks to a helpful employee, but it was not enough to repair the damage done, especially when the pricing seemed designed for American-style nickle and diming.

Good hotel for business people. Price shoots up if exhibitions are on as it’s in the middle of the arena area

Loved the restaurant, food was excellent. Hotel lobby area was a bit haphazard, difficult to find where everything was. Ate in breakfast room and restaurant and both were very good.

Not good. Won’t stay again. Food was terrible. Quality of mattress was very poor. Not comfortable at all. Same thing for pillows. I always stay at sheraton and they can learn from them.

The hotel was close to the Messe which was useful - the room was fine, bed OK. The staff were very friendly and helpful also.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, given that we were traveling for a trade show and not expecting much. Much better than your usual hotel located near the Messe.

Very convenient hotel if visiting messe. A bit isolated, and not so many restaurants near by. Hotel was perfectly adequate for my purpose.

The room was very very small. Although I understand that it was trade fair time, 350 euro for a one bed room of a very very small size is ridiculous! Not including even breakfast

Stayed here whilst attending an exhibition next door at the Radison Blu I usually stay at the Radison when I exhib there. In future I will stay at the Best Western it’s is more relaxed and luxurious I had a lovely room great bed and breakfast was lovely

the hotel was cozy nice and close to the exhibition halls walking distance , I would stay in this hotel again , after exhibition time it is in a very remote location so recommend for exhibition time this hotel

Stayed at this hotel for Hannover Messe for just more than a week.

Did not get Wifi connectivity for almost the entire stay in the annexe building of the hotel. Sporadic Off/On Wifi in main hotel lobby. No Wifi in restaurants. Wifi is included in the room package and that is a MUST HAVE in today's business travelers requirements. I would rate this hotel not even worth €50 per night.

Room clean, hotel clean but hotel in one building and breakfast reception in different building , you have to walk out in the cold to go to reception for any reason. I have to pay for days I don't need to stay because its fair package
