The room was very simple but cozy

Room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was generous.

Hotel was excellent. Absolutely great location in walled city - easy access to shops and ramparts. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, no A/C available - opened the windows to get room cooler - was OK, but not ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Reception services are very nice and helpful. We had to leave early as 5.50 to the station the following morning, the lady at reception offered to arrange taking away breakfast. We asked taxis service in the early morning that

Helpful staff, good breakfast option and location. The room we had on the 6th floor was spacious but no views or windows (only skylights). Driving and parking can be a bit challenging in the area however.

Brilliant hotel right in the middle of things. Stayed for one night, family of 4 in one room and there was plenty of room and beds were comfortable. Loved it.

We purchased parking at the hotel and one of their staff members put a crease in the left rear of the rental car. They seemed very indignant that we would accuse their staff. We know they have security footage of the parking area and can easily verify what happened.

Make sure to ask for a nice room with a view or you will get a porthole that’s what I got

We had a good time staying for 2 nights, lots to enjoy and explore in St Malo. The room was comfortable and clean, just the door to 306 was very slow to close. Staff were always happy and approachable with any questions.

I have been staying at this property for several years and I love the area , Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. There are so many great little restaurants around and fun shopping. It just really feels like a comfortable neighborhood And you always feel like you are home

Centrally located, an easy walk to the best restaurants and shops. Beautifully designed and well appointed public areas. Excellent breakfast and a lovely bar. The staff is very helpful and kind. We had a room on first floor, with very little light, which was a minor disappointment. But, it was spacious and a very nice bathroom. Overall, we were happy with the choice.

Excellent place to stay with a family. Right within the the center walls.

Wonderful hotel. If you forget to reserve the Parking, there is a Public parking lot a few blocks down just outside the fortifications.

Overall nice and functional hotel in st malo. Good breakfast. Difficult parking to navigate.
