The entire staff was phenomenal. I would like to point out Lea and Anastasia. Both helped me tremendously from breakfast (which Lea ran exceptionally) to random tourist questions I had (Anastasia was so helpful and patient). The room was lovely, the breakfast is tasty and many options and the overall vibe was classy but comfortable). I would definitely stay again. The one thing i must point out was the construction. The drilling and noise was present from my first arrival day to my last full day. I stayed 8 nights. I guess bad timing for me because it was constant. No way was I ever getting an afternoon nap. Again, not reflective of any of the staff just,bad timing for me booking during their upgrade. Other than that.....the stay was phenomenal!!! Thankk you !!!

I was not informed before arriving that they would be working all day drilling in the room right next to me. This lasted for my whole stay.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, wonderful room

This hotel was located within easy walking to shopping and venues. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with many different options from cereal to hot foods like pancakes and bacon. Fresh pastries and fruit and veggies. A helpful and friendly staff greeted us when we walked in. We will stay here again!

The breakfast was great. The gym was also a great plus.

We loved this hotel!! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The water pressure in the shower was heaven. The breakfast was 10/10 and should not be missed. The bar and location were all convenient. Will recommend to everyone.

We had a great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The young lady who helped us upon arrival and departure was terrific. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The dining room was elegant and the service excellent. We were upgraded to a larger room which was clean and comfortable. At times the room got a little warm but we opened the window for a few minutes and it cooled off quickly. Very convenient location near public transportation, music venues and the museums. Highly recommend.

Lovely staff. Breakfast was so very good, lots of healthy choices, good cooked food and extremely pleasant and professional staff. The hotel was on a quiet side street, minutes from the main part of the city so a perfect location.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is cleaner than any hotel I’ve ever been in. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! You get your own personal tea pot, honey was from a fresh honeycomb, the cheese selection unparalleled. Highly, highly recommend the hotel.
