Staff were super friendly and were willing to help and go an extra mile. The rooms were also spacious and beds were soo comfortable! Location was also super convenient and walkable to all the main attractions!

We loved everything about this property. Front desk staff was engaging, polite and helpful. Every area we explored was perfectly maintained and clean. The room had every necessity plus a pants press, which we used and loved. The buffet breakfast and tea bar brought me great joy. They even had a honeycomb with the jellies for your toast. Could not have been more pleased with the hotel and it was a short walk to everything.

Our first time to Vienna we stayed 2 nights prior to a Globus tour of Austria and Switzerland. Very nice hotel, close to everything important to us. 8 minute easy walk to the Musiktheatre. Buffet brunch was good. Helpful friendly front desk staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is perfectly located. It is walking distance to the Inner district with museums, restaurants etc. The hotel is on a quiet street. Staff is fully available and extremely helpful. We loved our stay!

This is a lovely, well located hotel in the center of Vienna. The staff is excellent . The engineer helped solve a problem on our arrival which was greatly appreciated. Our room while spacious needed to be renovated but was very clean. The air was a problem as I have asthma and need air con regardless of the outside temperature. There is a problem in Vienna with laws and air conditioning. It would be nice if the hotel purchased an extra toaster so they can provide gluten free toast rather than the bread that comes in a wrapper. The staff in the bar and front desk were very helpful throughout our stay.

Good breakfast and a nice building in a central location, welcome drinks, good wifi. On the first night there was no ventilation and no aircon and sleeping with open windows was on the noisy side. Although we contacted the reception, nothing happened until the following day when aircon worked very well.

This hotel is so thoughtful in all of their services. They truly go above and beyond. The breakfast is amazing with so many options, the room was great, they also have a steam and sauna room. Oh I cant forget the shoe shone machine which came in handy after long days of walking around in gardens from Palace visits. The staff was always pleasant and after staying there for 5 days, they truly helped in making a trip a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff here was awesome…very friendly and helpful with suggestions!! Hotel is older but our room was a nice size! The breakfast was great… lots of options!! It’s in a very walkable distance to the sites in Vienna!!

This was a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and everything was in good condition. The location was great- easy to walk to many different parts of the city.

Wonderful location, property and staff! Very walkable and excellent access to U lines and tram.

Classy hotel. Nice lobby and reception area. Front desk staff very helpful. Excellent continental breakfast. Room was clean, bed comfortable, sufficient space. Good shower. Sound proofing good within hotel though did hear some street noise some nights. 5 min walk to two different metro stations. 10 min walk to the museum district area. Great deal for the price. Would definitely stay there again.
