Great staff, good selection of breakfast.

Great location, right near Karlsplatz and the Nachtmarket. The hotel staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. In our time there we were treated to two one-hour concerts by world renowned artists (free). There was free coffee tea and cake for several hours in the afternoon and because we were there on Christmas Day we received a music CD of Beethoven’s music played by the concert artists. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas. It was very clean and welcoming.

Hotel really well located for travelling across the city in all directions. In a nice neighbourhood and has lovely staff. Rooms was lovely and shower outstanding. Breakfast nice. Only negative was I asked for twin room but this was not allocated. Despite this would recommend this hotel and would defo stay here again

Themed boutique hotel . Friendly staff , lovely rooms , great breakfast .

Such a great location - far better than I expected. Short walk to Imperial Palace, gardens, opera and main area and the nearby pedestrian area was good. Hotel was a find - clean, organised and very pleasant. I would stay here again- not posh but artistic and working well. We did not have breakfast but a lovely second floor breakfast area looked great.

The woman so checked me out and handled storing my luggage was exceptional. The location was also great.

Elegant, quiet place. Classical musics in the lobby and during breakfast. Interesting that AI was recommended me this hotel on my request to avoid trashy modern ‘music’. Unfortunately so many that used to be nice hotels including Marriott’s after Bill Marriott departure have this trash now.
