Outstanding value for what you pay. Excellent Front Desk support. Very welcoming and efficient. Rooms are very clean and well organized.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. The only thing negative I would say is that the carpets throughout the hotel, had many stains and the ice machine on the 4th floor was broken during my entire stay.

The bed was dirty when I got there, had ink stains all over the sheets, the toilet didnt work properly it flushed 2 times but could barelyflush any type of waste besides urine, and the coffee maker in the room was dirty...

The room smelled musty and poorly ventilated. The room itself was nice enough but some disrepair on walls and a big stain on carpet. The elevators were sketchy and you couldn’t see what floor you were on as it didn’t light up from the inside. Sometimes they were slow to the point we thought the doors might not open. On a plus side the breakfast was great and a staff member helped me to find gluten free options for my spouse who is celiac (even finding the actual listed ingredients for many items).

Really enjoyed our stay! Staff were super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and cozy and perfect for our needs. Continental breakfast was delicious and 24-7 coffee is one of the best things ever!

We stayed for one night. Found the location very convenient and staff was helpful. Everything was as expected and nothing to complain about.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but dates...very few receptacles to plug in laptops or phone chargers. Pool and hot tub area was decent. Breakfast was good.

Home away from home and great for resting

Stayed there with the family on the way to African Lion Safari. Good hotel, needs some work in the rooms but for $120 a night you can’t complain. Hot tub and pool area were great and next door is a good place to grab dinner. You can walk to get there! Beds were pretty hard but overall good place to crash for a night. Breakfast was just ok, typical continental.

The lobby, pool and breakfast area are clean and inviting. The pool is warm and hot tub very nice. The breakfast was varied each day with lots of choices. Unfortunately, you don't sleep in those areas. The carpet in halls and rooms is old and stained. We could smell the musty carpet as soon as we entered our room. The air conditioner is as loud as a jet engine but the small room quickly becomes overheated if you turn it off. We traveled with 2 children who had to be at a venue early each morning which became difficult when none of us got any sleep. The whole reason for a hotel is to provide a restful sleep which was impossible at this hotel. The air conditioner is in the ceiling above the closet, it vibrated causing the closet doors to rattle if we didn't leave them open. The sink and vanity are newer and nice. The tub enclosure on the other hand, has rusty stained grout/caulking and the water wouldn't drain unless we removed the whole drain stopper. The wall behind the flush near the floor was water damaged but never repaired. In conclusion, I would not stay there again. Although the children enjoyed the pool and picking up their own breakfast it does not outweigh the lack of maintenence in the rooms.

Happy with our stay, and thrilled to have gluten free bread available for breakfast!

The room was clean, the staff polite and the breakfast was good. It was the standard hotel experience and I was certainly not disappointed.

Unfortunately one of the few lights in the room wasn’t working well, and one of the mattresses or beds was broken. However, the staff took our concerns quite seriously and was *very* keen on helping solve the problem.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable. Shower and towel rqck were rusted.

Great location for restaurants, shops etc. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was well stocked with clean towels and toiletries. We had a lovely stay.

Consistent and reliable with friendly front desk staff. The air conditioning is a bit loud at night but does it job of keeping the room cool. The beds are well made, very clean and comfortable.

There was black mold in the grout of the bathroom tiles. Only 2 not even half rolls of bathroom tissue for 3 people. 1 bar of soap for 3 people, not even one for bathtub. Toilet flushed poorly. Went down for breakfast at 9:45am on a Saturday and food was being removed. The staff would rather throw away food than give me 2 hard boiled eggs. Yet they were filling cereal dispensers for the next day.

Dated, but decent room, convenient, good breakfast. Would book it Again.
