Our one-night stay was perfect. The entire staff was lovely. Our room was perfectly clean and bright. We were offered one-time half price tickets to local venues which we took advantage of. Breakfast was superb in a most beautiful dining room.

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located across from train station, lovely owner. She saw our interest in her art collection and showed us around and gave us back stories. Rooms could use a bit of upgrade but that is not a deterrent for staying there.

The. Hotel was comfortable and modern with great bathrooms and breakfast. The staff we polite and helpful and it close enough to the old town to walk. The train station was across the street.

Staff was uniformly wonderful. Great family-owned hotel that has retained its old-world ambiance. Amenities included some free wine, beer, juice into the room refrigerator, great breakfast buffet and the special Basel card. That allowed us to ride the trams for free.

Very convenient being across the road from the train station and very good soundproofing because I couldn't hear anything inside the room.

The hotel was very charming, and the service was great. The room was very clean and had nice amenities, including a refrigerator with beverages. The bed was very comfortable, but a little too warm for me. Breakfast was included but, unfortunately, we didn’t have time to partake. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
