This hotel is at a great location. It is within walking distance to the cathedral, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and street food vendors. The balcony rooms have a spectacular view of the main plaza and cathedral. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay was pleasant, hotel was very clean and accessible to most everything, main plaza across the street, lots of dining, including their own which offered a variety of yummy dishes, only thing was a very noisy AC which sounded like the roof was about to fall on us, this was reported and hopefully taken care of. We recommend this hotel and would return.

We stay there frequently, staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Walking distance to lots of places)Historic Center)Buuuut sometimes music is a little loud from nearby night restaurant. If you don’t mind a little noice is a great place to stay. We’ll still be staying there. ❤️

Check in was quick and easy. The people at the front were very nice. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nice. I reserved a room with a balcony but the balcony was very small. You couldn't fit a chair in. The view was nice because it faced the plaza and it was nice and busy. You are able to close the balcony doors but there was some noise because it faced the street. My biggest complaint was the people next door. I was staying at room 105 and the people on 104 started having a party or continuing with one at 2:45 am. The women were loud and one guy talked so loud it appeared their were in my room. I couldn't understand how the people at reception could not hear them. It seems the walls in the hotel are thin. I kept on waiting for them to finish their loud discussions but they went for a while. Finally at 5 am they stopped because one of them decided to go to sleep. Unfortunately the others switched to another room but they were away from mine so I just went to sleep. The next day the people at reception didn't say a word to me after I gave them my key. I don't think I will come back to this hotel again. I paid too much for not getting a good night's sleep.

En mi opinion personal fue de nucha ayuda y me gusto la forma rapida de encontrar lo q deseaba

El hotel es muy lindo pero la habitación que reservamos decía que las camas son Queen y no lo eran, eran tamaño matrimonial. Nos quedamoa en Semana Santa y ajnque no estábamos en las habitaciones con balcôn, se escuchaba mucho ruido pde la calle, no podíamos dormir.

Clean room. One of the more affordable places to stay. We didn't eat there, but the food was reasonable.

An excellent place, and the staff is very attentive. The young lady who cleans the second floor, named Azucena, did an impressive job while cleaning the rooms. Because of her and the great service, I will definitely return to this hotel next time

Excellent location in central Morelia by the cathedral and Plaza de Armas. There are dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and museums within walking distance. The hotel is very comfortable and staff is very friendly and professional.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to cooperate with us. Location was excellent! Would stay again!!

The hotel was interesting. Not the best but pretty good. The restaurant here is top notch and one of the best in morelia! The layout is interesting and historic- which i love. The bathrooms were good. The bedrooms were good. The hotel staff is excellent!
