Good, clean hotel, less than 10min walk to the airport!

It was a short walk from the airport. Transportation, Restaurants and shops are available at the airport. The quiet was amazing especially since this hotel is right at the airport. We were on vacation but this hotel would be convenient for business.

Directions from airport would be good

Expect for the VERY SLOW restaurant the place was perfect.

Ideal for airport as only 7 minute walk to terminal. Ideal for dropping off car rental which is just up the road also fuelling station Good value for hotel Food good Service excellent Greeting and check in excellent For price paid . Fantastic .

Lovely hotel but the shower was not great .

Staff were friendly and helpful

Check-in was seamless, very helpful staff member, and very informative. The room was spotless - very comfortable bed, all staff I met were very friendly -reception, housekeeping, bar, and restaurant staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the airport. My one concern is that there is limited shopping and dining within walking distance from the hotel.

Staff were amazing as they were inundated with so many early check in requests due to Heathrow fire and so many passengers being re-routed!

Overall A good stay, some of the items in the room were damaged or marked ! Shower temp would not change from hot to cold!

Modern hotel. Nice restaurant and food was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay again if we flew from Glasgow
