Great staff from check in to dinner then breakfast easy parking pool gym great a good unwind after a busy work day

Stayed in this hotel for 4 night as a couple and very clean facilites and parking. Rooms were comfortable and staff are friendly. Despite slightly away from the Glasgow good value hotel with free and amble parking

Good size well appointed room. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast selection, attentive staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good food, very clean, good position for glasgow area

The room was very spacious, clean, equipped with amenities. I prepaid for the breakfast to get the discounted rate. The buffet had great selection, and all items I tried were of excellent quality. There is a pool onsite as well.

Breakfast was hot and fresh with good choices.

Everything was lively except. Issue with the room key…. Never seemed to work and I was as far away from the reception as could be. So that got old really quickly. Even though someone came to reset the lock, had the same issue. Toilet kept running constantly. Was reported but no one came. So neither very big issues

Spotless, bathroom fan was a little loud - maybe it can be turned off but I couldn’t figure it out. Lovely large room! Nice bathroom

Could not rate the spa as we did not use it. Breakfast was fine but bacon and egg were cooling and coffee was not pleasant. cool was perhaps because we were later in arriving than we had been previously.

A lovely light, double aspect, clean, quiet, spacious room and bathroom. Bedding and towels good quality. Even a stand alone heater for extra warmth was much appreciated. Dining room staff efficient, my evening meal was a pleasant experience, but didn't take breakfast. A warm welcome from reception staff member.

I appreciated the discounted evening meal because I'd been a day patient at the eye centre. I tried the piano in the reception area (I can play) but it badly needs tuning.

I stayed at this hotel as was due for surgery early next morning. The room was huge and clean, the food was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Breakfast was quite cold, & mushrooms were overcooked & not very nice

Great hotel, though it was a bit disconcerting to find it was part of the hospital complex. I had a lovely room, with a large walk in shower, and great views over the River Clyde. The breakfast food was great. I ate at the restaurant one evening, and had lovely, fresh fish and chips. Unfortunately, I was not very hungry the next night, and wanted to order one of the advertised “small dishes”. But in that case I had to order two - that was the minimum order. So I asked to order a sandwich, but the hotel stopped serving them at 4pm. I ended up buying a packet of crisps from the vending machine in the hospital - not ideal!

Well maintained room with views of the river Clyde just a few metres away. The only consideration would be that the sides of the bath may prove too high for older or less mobile guests. All food and drink seemed well enjoyed by everyone we spoke to. This proved a very enjoyable break.
