Wonderful stay! Amazing staff and service. Amenities were complete with a a Pool, stream room and sauna. Highly recommend!

Wonderful restaurant.

The manager and staff were exceptional. We could not have managed food shopping and transportation to our boating on the Saône canal without their help. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Best steak ever. Perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Very nice hotel, in a convenient location for a visit to Moustache bikes factory. Like all hotels, it was too hot in the room but otherwise it was great.

We stayed at this property 19 years ago and were pleased to see the upgrades made in that length of time. Found restaurant and staff delightful.

Good location. Two blocks from Petite Venice with their many restaurants and shops. Good value. Great large shower stall. We used all the room amenities (hot pot, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator (small). Many channels on the TV(2). Some of the switches in this modern hotel is confusing. Could use more staffing during check-in. Helpful staff.

Receptionist is as rude as it comes: give us a much smaller room than the advertised pictures, then asked me to pay more if I want to get the one in the photo they sent to my booking. To top this up, she is arrogant and has abrupt manners. When asked to provide her name so I could talk to her manager, she gave me a fault name as she does not worn any name tag. She then kept us waiting while she deals with other matters while we just stood their after a long trip. Our time was wasted around her issues. The room is worn and dated. The bed and bedding are in need of renew. Window is facing a car park so noises came through early morning. We couldn't wait to get out so did not have any meals there. There is a general sense of uncleanliness. Best western is a brand I frequently used but this particular franchise is not up to the chain standards. Please rectify, thanks

Probably need to reserve in the restaurant, we hadn't and it was full (Saturday night). Room service was possible, but as we just wanted a starter each we asked if we could have that in the bar area. The extremely helpful staff set it up and the service was superb. The breakfast buffet was not over-imaginative, but perfectly adequate. The wifi was a bit 'iffy'.

The night's stay at the hotel was suitable for the distance we had travelled and the price. We did not venture out into town (hence the average score) and all aspects of the hotel were good apart from the service before and during dinner. The bar did not have a decent choice of drinks available. There was insufficient space to eat outside for the seven of us- we were happy to eat inside but not to be ignored. Staff seemed more focussed on serving everyone outside despite our several attempts to attract attention for taking the orders and getting the bill. The food, when it arrived was excellent although the chips (frites) we also ordered failed to materialise.

Just returned from the Tremezzo on Lake Como and Grand Palace on Lake Lucern. Just needed somewhere to sleep on our journey back to the U.K. We got much more than that. Thank you. We would send the Management from some much much more expensive Hotels to your Business to see how it is done correctly....again thank you. We had a truly excellent meal in your restaurant served by two superb young staff. Our room and especially the bathroom were as master piece of simple and beautiful design....remember where we had just come from.

Convenient for a stopover. Restaurant a little pricy.

Room was clean but decor tired. Air con was appreciated as heat wave while staying. Vending machine for snacks handy. Staff helpful, left my pillow sadly but found and held at reception, but unfortunately not going to make it back to collect it. Didn't use spa facilities as such a short stay, but nice to have them. Free parking. Good for a stopover.

Nice hotel, rooms are small and bit pricey. Spa makes up for it.
