Pictures say 1000 words. Hotel in Paw Paw was nice. We were here 3 or 4 hours. It was too dirty to stay. The manager did try moving us to a different room, which was dirty as well. Good place to go if u enjoy cleaning the room yourself, finding half eaten cupcakes on the floor, crumbs/dirt around the perimeter of the room, sticky substances on the counters, ect, ect, ect. I have never left a hotel room, but after seeing the second room, we left. I have small children and i travel weekly for business all over the USA. I didnt see bugs, but we weren't there long. Further, Hotels.com has told me that they cant get me a refund. Not really sure why. Apparently they cant get in contact with the manager at this hotel? I will be contacting my bank for what i should do next as i was only at this hotel for a few hours before leaving due to it not being in advertised condition.

Check in area / lobby reeked of marijuana

Expedia indicated the additional deposit was $50 but after arriving atthe hotel it was $100!!! The room was dirty. My feet stuck to the floor in the bathroom. The pillows stunk and were very flat. The hallway reeked of cigarettes. There were peoplescreaming and fighting in other rooms but when I addressed it with the staff I was informed this couple love each other and they just argue sometimes. This was not arguing. They were screaming and yelling at each other so much I was traumatized. The grounds were small and had trash all over.

The pool was not open when I checked in. But opened pretty late in the evening. I was pretty bummed that I didn’t get to soak in the hot tub. The breakfast is super early in the morning as well. It could be a little later.

Guests in the room next door were very loud.

The staff did not tell us until we got there to check in that the pool was closed.

The bedding had stains on it in the bathrooms were very dirty

Want to stay there was fine when I went to leave someone had slashed my tire and when I asked the managers to review the cameras to allow me to see who didn't or the police they refused no reason why I just thought I refuse.

While the price was nice, everything was old and well used. Everything worked though. I didn't like the roundabouts by the hotel. Had an Arby's and other hotels by it. Close to industrial parks. Functional is the word I'd use to sum up this hotel's description.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I stay in hotels at least one weekend a month if not more. This hotel is filthy. People were fighting in the middle of the night on both nights that we stayed and multiple car alarms were going off all night long. People were purposely setting the car alarms off. They have no security to help control the problems that they let stay in the hotel. The windows do not seal so you will here every noise outside. The pool is green and full of alge. The breakfast is horrible. Hotel Smells like dog and cat pee. Ice machine was broken. Pop machine is so loud you can here it inside the hotel rooms. DO NOT STAY in the hotel ever!- beware

The stay was good. Staff was very friendly. I have no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

No remote, broken heat - got another room, but overall atmosphere around hotel wasn't great.

This has got to be one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Especially for the price point. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, toilet and sink seemed clean, but the tub/shower was gross. Streaks of soap and shower gel dried up on shower wall, hair on wall, shower was barely hot when cranked all the way and didn’t drain well at all, so gross. Please dump a jug of draino down your tub drains. Stains on walls, found someone else’s keys on the floor of the room. Side entrance doors we used were not locked. Didn’t bother trying the breakfast bc I just wanted to get my family out of there as fast as I could.

Overall great stay! My husband and I stopped on our drive from Ontario to Nevada. The hotel felt safe, was dog friendly for our 8 year old Pomeranian, breakfast was served at 6am which was great for us who had to get back on the road. Bed was comfy, room was clean! Would recommend and the price was perfect!

For an old hotel, the bed was very comfy and the room was clean. The bad part was there was a huge stain in the bathroom that appeared to have mold on it

My room had trash in the waste basket and hair in my bed and on pillows.

I booked a hotel stay for 2 nights to take my mother to see her dying father that was in hospice care my grandfather. Booked the room like 4 days before our trip somehow the nights got mixed up and got booked a day earlier drove for 6 hours just to find that out and the hotel wouldnt let me check in even tho i had the room booked alredy it worked for 1 night after fighting with clerk for almost a hour 11pm we were all tired finally after ab hour of sitting in the lobby pissed as all hell the clerk let me have my room for the final night of my booking. My booking was booked for thursday night and Friday night thats the 2 nights i needed drive home Saturday after seeing my dying grandfather for a couple days. Drove 6 hours to find this out why would i book a room for 2 nights why would I drive that long 6 hours to not show up to check in on my original day only to find out nobody is doing anything still got charged for the 1st night refund refused because some one didnt do their job right. So furious. My grandfather passed the night we went home
