While outside of the property and common areas / hallways were pretty run down, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great!

Not even a freezer on site anywhere to put our ice pak! Room was under construction. Half painted walls.

Dated property and rooms. Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was included but standard premade from local grocery store and area was quite small.

1. The room was too small for a fold out couch. We had to rearrange the furniture to open it. 2. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty; we had to ask for a broom to sweep the floor. 3. The fold out couch was broken; the sheet on the fold out couch was dirty and torn. 4. The blanket was so threadbare and quite ripped. We have photos. 5. The towels in the bathroom were so old, they were thin and rough. All in all, the room was tired and the carpet was dirty in both the room and the hallway. All this for just under $400 for the night.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, however, the public areas and the corridors could do with update and refresh. Would also be nice to have a decent sized bath towel.

Very good location and shower.

Location was handy to where I needed to go. Had to get some Fabreeze to take care of the smell, partly created by dusty ac unit.

They did not accommodate our need cutting they did not have manager on site. The manager never replied to our messages.

Los pasillos del hotel y el ascensor tienen muy sucios los tapetes, casi me devuelvo a cancelar la estadia. Menos mal la habitacion no tenia tapete y eso me dio tranquilidad en quedarme, el ban̈o tiene el lavamanos roto y como no tiene ventilacion tiene hongos en el techo. El inodoro esta manchado. En algun momento algun huesped derramo algo en la mesa y nunca limpiaron ni la parrd ni el piso bien... se ve terrible. En general para una emergencia esta bien, pero para un viaje de descanso mejor buscar otra opcion.

Room was clean & good rate. The 2 queen beds had decent space in the room and bigger bathroom than most places. Staff was very friendly. Lots of free parking. Decent breakfast.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and informative. Room was clean, bathroom could use a renovation as it was showing age and use.

Staff is welcomed upon arrival no worries about late night check in.Staff available all the time.very friendly staff rooms were clean but lobby carpet need to clean carpet was smelly other then that nice place to stay.

I like the hotel.It is right by the highway. Easy to park and thw check-in was fast and nice!

It’s clean and friendly. The shower is strong and functions as a spa.

The hotel definitely had its merits, but it felt quite old. They really need to improve on certain aspects, particularly the room. I would say it was just okay. The breakfast in the morning was also disappointing for me. However, considering the quality and price, it could be a decent option if you’re planning to stay just one night or if you’ll be out all day like I was. I spent my entire day in Vancouver and just returned to the hotel to sleep.

Mold in the bathrooms.

Checked into my room only to find a bunch of dead flies on my bed and the floor beside it. When I notified them of the issue, they were apologetic, but said that the housekeeper had left for the day and they needed a minute to figure it out. I had to be the one to suggest putting me in a different room. The new room didn't have any fly issues, but the curtains didn't fit the window properly and the light woke us up at 5:30am. The hallways of the hotel are very worn out and while the rooms have been updated they still have a shabby feel. The breakfast was good, but probably the only positive of our stay.
