Great location for work

Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since.

Very nice accomodation, clean and friendly staff

Room didn't have a phone to call downstairs so every time we needed something we had to go down to get it or ask. Coffee maker had a moldy used coffee pod in it so I couldnt drink coffee my whole stay. Bathroom tissue holder was hand knitted and when I grabbed the toilet paper out of the holder silver fish bugs came out! Not the best location hotel either, taxi was $40 in any direction to get to the action. Only plus was the restaurant. Staff were super friendly music was awesome and you can sit inside or out and we didn't feel rushed.

The hotel was great but I had to leave early and they could not cancel my second night. They said it could only be canceled through hotels.com. That made sense and I tried to change my reservation online but it was confusing and didn't work out in the end. So we had to pay the $125 something for the second night for nothing. I would love to talk to somebody at hotels.com about it.

Our stay was very pleasant and the room was spacious. There wasn't a restaurant but a bistro across the parking which was OK for us as we needed only a small bite. Breakfast in the hotel was very good with a large selection items.

We requested a disabled room and I called them ahead of time to confirm this. However, we were booked into a ground floor room but there were no washing facilities for a disabled person. Every room in hotel has a high bath with shower attached so only for people able to step up into bath.

Perfect quality. Room and bathroom. Everything what you need.

Good sized clean and well laid out rooms. Convenient car parking and good internet connection. Remarkably quite given the location.

We stayed overnight on our way to Germany. Plenty of space to park. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. We didn't have any meals at the hotel, so we can't comment on that aspect.

If the minibar [which only contained 2 bottles of free water] could had been switched off for the night, I would've given 5 stars. Like this it was a bit noisier in the room at night than what I'm used to.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Convenient for visiting in the area but do need own transport or taxi- especially in bad weather.

I cant fault the hotel, the staff, the environment was great for my short stay, the breakfast provided everything I needed. Although the hotel did not cater for evening meals I could use David Lloyd but there was not much within walking distance which I could find. The only down side to my stay was my room was next to the entrance which of an evening with a large group staying was noisy.
