Excellent in allmost every way but very little light in room.

Room was comfortable and clean enough but the lifts were awful, staying on the 9th floor, 16 floors total, you couldn't not use the loft. Only 2 of 4 running when I visited, a colleague was stuck in a loft for 1 hour. Very old and slow, regular long wait times. For this reason, I wouldn't stay again.

I disliked this hotel immediately from check in with the rather snobby front desk agent, and then I get to my room and find that -surprise- no air conditioning! Nowhere in any of the write ups in Expedia or on the hotels website does it say "no air conditioning", and being a part of Wyndham hotels you would think It would have all the mod-cons. My room stank of either new paint or new carpet which left me with a headache and the hallway had no carpet so you could hear every footstep out there. To top it off there was no water for several hours one day AND for all of this, they have the audacity to charge you $23 per day to park IN THEIR OWN PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. I would never stay here again.

Wonderful location, walkable, 10 min from train station easy access through park, quiet, safe. Room was impressive, 2 bathrooms one with bathtub, kettle, lovely sitting area in room. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, plenty of options. Would recommend more coffee machines, always a line up!!! Would stay here again!!!!

We really enjoyed being at this hotel. Everything was clean, staff helpful and excellent breakfast buffet. Parking was easy either in the lot in front, or underground. Easy walking to a nice park, city center area, and train station. We could have done more walking, less driving. Loved our view from our room's window!

We enjoyed our stay in Aalborg at Comwell Hvide Hus. The facilities were nice, clean and staff was helpful. The location was perfect. Easy access to major roads and within walking distance of the central area. Nice park nearby. Parking was convenient by front door or underground. Loved the view from our 14th floor room!

Everything is so hod

This is a great hotel with excellent staff. Easy to walk to the city. Excellent place to call home while away from home.

Mit nye yndlings hotel når jeg er i det nordlige del af landet. Jeg føler mig bare mega godt tilpas når jeg bor her. Ukompliceret, super service minded personale og helt roligt om natten og dog tæt på centrum.

Super lækkert hotel med god placering. Desværre er der kun 6 ladepladser til hotellet, hvilket er langt fra nok

Fantastisk plass og service

Vi havde et super fint ophold under Aalborg karneval. Fredag aften havde vi fornøjelsen af bartender Aja, og en ung fyr, jeg ikke lige husker navnet på. De var begge virkelig søde og serviceminded. Helt vildt god oplevelse!

Dejligt hotel - ærgerligt at der ikke bliver rengjort dagligt. Vi havde ellers anmodet via QR kode - men der blev hverken redt seng, fjernet skrald eller fyldt op med kaffe. Ellers et dejligt hotel, skøn morgen mad og central beliggenhed.
