Clean room, pool was great for the kids. Breakfast was a little sad but it was free.

We were greeted by very friendly staff. I think they upgraded us because we had perfect Mountain views of the three sisters. The room was very cozy and lodge like with a fireplace. The hot tub, sauna, and water slides were great, my sons loved them. Breakfast had so many options and was very enjoyable. We also liked coming back to the hotel and being greeted with hot chocolate and fresh chocolate chip cookies every day! This is our new go to place to stay when going to the mountains. Usually we stay in Banff for a higher cost but less value., The location and everything that came with this hotel made it way worth it to take a 15 minute drive when we wanted to visit Banff. It had easy access to the highway which made it convenient to head to sunshine and Louise, plus lots of free parking.which is always hard to find in Banff. All staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned immaculately every day. I am an Expedia platinum member because I travel extensively and I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoy staying at the Pocaterra. Location is great, nice to have breakfast included with your stay and love the little customer appreciation touches. Cookies and hot chocolate at the doors when you come in is such a nice touch.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were nice and the continental breakfast was very much appreciated. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and gas fireplace. Unfortunately, the knob controlling the fireplace broke as soon as I tried using it. Maintenance was prompt to come by and replace the knob but then discovered that it wasn't controlling the fireplace properly so had to turn it off completely. That was a bit disappointing, but we didn't minde since we were only staying for 1 night. The pool and waterslide was one of the main things that attracted us to staying here. However, it was busy and full of people from morning to night, so we were not inclined to take advantage of it.

Maybe book a balcony room Breakfast was a nice bonus to the stay Walked to Wendy’s 👍

I wish I could say better things about the beds, pillows and view. But I can’t. The beds were terrible, the pillows old, lumpy and hard, the view was obstructed by construction- the noise next door and across the street was deafening. I am not happy with these things. When we told the staff this up at the front counter, they only stared at us and nodded. I won’t stay here again. Like, please TRY and maybe even give us a comp night, a discount in the next stay- anything to maybe DO BETTER?

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. The rooms we booked, came with a free bottle of wine 🍷.

This was our 3rd stay at Pocaterra, and the reception staff are always friendly, efficient and most helpful with maps and recommendations for restaurants and activities. The breakfast is adequate with both cold and hot options. Breakfast and parking are "free" which is getting very hard to find. You can easily walk to shops, main street and pathways along the river.

I booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. Those with me had no complaints but I was the one who slept in the sofa bed. This was brutal and I woke up with a headache the first night due to the discomfort. I mentioned it at check-out and was given a slight discount which was appreciated. It was like sleeping in a dish. I took the thin mattress out and put it on the floor the next night. This was so much better! I understand sofa beds usually are not that comfortable but this was quite bad. This was my only complaint. Everything else was great! I would go here again but just make sure to sleep in a bed next time.

All was great from friendly helpful staff, clean, good breakfast, easy parking.
