Very nice hotel, located downtown Jackson for easy access. Nice breakfast!

We unfortunately had a room close to the room service area and the staff were constantly playing music or talking loudly which made test difficult

Beautiful lobby with very comfortable room, including bed and linens. Front desk staff was great and for $5 per person, breakfast was a steal! They do offer a free shuttle service in town so you can enjoy not worrying about parking or having a few drinks.

Stacy was very helpful. She provided great ideas for us as far as eating out, things to do, etc.

Modern and up to date furnishings. Great Wall pictures with Western themes. Close to all restaurants and shopping. Minutes from airport and Tetons.

Loved our room with a fireplace. Clean and well located.

The Lodge at Jackson is a great property. Great, comfortable rooms and good service.

This was our 3rd stay over 10 years. It’s a nice hotel but the property has definitely aged and we weren’t as impressed as previous stays. Have always booked the king suite with fireplace. Comfortable bed, great linens and very spacious. Breakfast was free and excellent but we booked before they changed policies and now charge $5 per person but still totally worth it! The pool and hot tub looked dirty, the door to the gym was gone so you felt weird about being too noisy with rooms directly across the hall. Ice machine on our floor was broken for the 3 days we were there. Place is still fantastic but could use some sprucing up. This was likely our last stay there since finding other hotels downtown that are the same price and much nicer.

Excellent quality property. The design of the lodge fits perfectly in the area (Jackson Hole).

The breakfast hot foods were cold. The service for dinner was friendly and polite. The food was good.
